If I could choose a zero rating I would, but unfortunately not one of the choices. When you look up unprofessional in the dictionary there is a picture of this online distribution center of cheap items created in China & sold here for 30-50 times what they’re worth. Many items are shipped out damaged & management encourages their employees to do this horrible & inexcusable practice. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR COMPANY NAME AT LEAST 5 TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS SO PEOPLE ARE TRICKED INTO PURCHASING THEIR INFERIOR KNOCKOFF KNICKKNACKS WHICH HONESTLY WOULD MAKE A GREAT NEW NAME FOR THEIR BUSINESS—AT LEAST YOU WOULD KNOW UPFRONT WHAT YOU WERE ORDERING! I AM RENAMING THEM: INFERIOR KNOCKOFF KNICKKNACKS!!!

I will not order from this company. Even though they said I can return an item, they went back on their word and said the damage was to the box not the item. They would not pay for shipping on this and they wanted to make sure I kept the tags on so they could restock the item even damaged. I find this to be pathetic. It would cost me over $56 to ship it back and the item cost me $79. Not worth ruining someone else by them reselling this and have them go through this!!
