Nearly $400 to replace my screen. Didn't last a month before breaking. Got back to town from a work trip. Called, 31st day instead of 30th so they won't replace. Trash service. Do not recommend.

They did an awesome job. We had two iPads and two phones that we brought in and he got it done very efficiently and didn’t take too much time either. We have a big family with a lot of devices and we wouldn’t take our devices anywhere else!

Great customer care. The young man that helped with my kiddos’ phones was very helpful and nice. He was able to put both screens on efficiently. He even was able to recognize the crack screen from one of my kiddo’s phone and was able to replace it for $12. Go here for a great service and screen protector.

I was upset at AT&T for not honoring their lifetime warranty on screen protectors. AT&T sent me to ZAGG! Needless to say when I walked in the door, I wasn’t terribly happy, but it had nothing to do with this guy Sean, so I left my attitude at the door.
Sean explained what they do and offer. He gave me good advice.
He had me walking out of there with a smile on my face happy about my purchase of my screen protector for $12 since I broke mine in a three pieces. It has a warranty for the life of that particular phone that I currently have now.
I bought a battery from them years ago and didn’t realize they had expanded. Now they are providing screen protectors, which only cost $12, instead of 45 - 60 like these big companies.
I’m glad to know that they’re in business, doing well enough to do good deals for folks, and Repair. I’ll go to them every time because of people like Sean — no hard sale, but Knowledgeable.

Honestly, just a great service to get a nice new screen protector to replace your original for $12. Perfect if you have chips on yours, and don't like doing it yourself.
