My boyfriend and I fell in love with this specific couch as soon as I saw it. We went home and measured and by the time we came back they had provided us with so many options to help this couch fit in our small living space. I wanted to take it home the same day SO badly and since we live so close they made it happen for us!! Even just an hour before they closed! We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of furniture available for purchase now. I expected a smaller store in Susanville. I found Mark to be a warm and friendly person that was enjoyable to pass a moment with while I waited to play my role at the counter (husbands, you know what’s up). Our salesperson, Wendy, was an excellent resource to guide our purchases without pressure. Wendy was knowledgeable and courteous and provided us with excellent customer service. The overall experience shopping at Zaengles was great in that you are treated well and genuinely asked how they can assist you, versus feeling like someone is lurking to pounce on you to see what they can do sell you something today. Small town hospitality with a large variety of on-hand furniture makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Always clean, beautiful selection of furniture. Have had many friends and family tell me of their good experiences here. Yes, you could always get cheaper furniture, but if you want quality this is the place to go.
My personal favorites are the candles and wax cubes, they are so strong they will scent the whole house lol, so be aware.
Also, tip your delivery guys. It's not their fault you picked out a couch that can't fit through your door.

Zaengles is a great home furnishings store. I’ve had my mattress for 6 years and it’s still as nice as the day we bought it. Their deliveries and carpet installations are also fantastic, always friendly and professional! Wendy is so attentive and extremely helpful!
