I contacted the dealer and got a reply back by Austin Shepherd, he sent me a quote via email, and we worked a deal. I was in the middle of a business trip and went straight into an Overland trip so it all was handled email then text. He was polite and a man of his word. Didn't string me along like most the other dealers in the state I was trying to work a deal with. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone. Corey Ellis handled my financial side of the deal and again it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I was in and out the door in under 2 hours and driving our new Gladiator up the Senator Highway to Crown King. Thank you both

Awesome experience! Was shopping for trucks for weeks and reached out to multiple dealerships. York got my business because of Austin in sales. He was very responsive, provided me with everything I asked. Kept me updated through the process and went out of his was to make sure the truck I wanted was ready when I needed it. Corey the finance manager made the signing process quick and painless. Explained every line on the contract. Gave me all options for warranties but didn’t try and force anything on me. When I buy my next vehicle I will gladly make the 3 hour drive to purchase from them again. Also thank you to the technician who stayed late making sure my truck was ready and reliable.

Don't expect to get a fair price for your trade in. I only got $4K for my vehicle. I asked for more but they wouldn't budge. The interior was in excellent condition and the fairly new tires has less than 1,500 miles (give or take) on them. Now they are selling my trade in for $12K. Really? I am also not 100% sure the Finance dept did their due diligence to find me the lowest loan rate since my credit score at the time was over 800. Instead they found a major financial institution that doesn't recognize Post Office boxes as a legitimate address even though I provided them a rural physical address. Now, almost 2 weeks later, I have to return to the dealership on my own time to re-sign all the paperwork. This is not acceptable.
The only positive experience we had was our sales person. Thank you Jeff S. He is the only reason I gave this dealership 3 stars.

Reply: I do not plan on going back to re-do paperwork. Your finance staff should automatically be looking for the lowest possible loan rate for your customers. However, before you sell the explorer, I hope you completed the final recall - recall number 21S22, the roof rail cover detachment. I told the Finance guy it needed one more recall to be fixed. I figured my honesty is why my trade-in was so low.

Had a great experience buying my wife a Jeep at York. I worked the entire transaction on the phone from Phoenix with Austin Shepherd, and then drove 2 hours and it was worth it. Austin was very professional from start to finish, everything with my purchase and trade was easy, and I got to drive around beautiful Prescott. Corey Ellis in finance had all the paperwork ready, the numbers were all correct and I have to say that is the shortest amount of time I've ever spent in a finance office. My wife was surprised and LOVES the Jeep Sahara 4xe. For my fellow Phoenix residents, don't sleep on York in Prescott - way better service and experience than in the valley. Highly recommended!

Alan was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the car that fit our needs best. He made negotiations easy and worked with us to get our payments down. He never rushed anything and took time to help set up the computer and personalize it adding phones and showing us how the technology works. He followed up to make sure we were happy and has always said to call him directly with any questions. I would highly recommend York and salesman Alan Hoover.

I hate writing bad reviews, but the service department at York Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM dropped the ball and doesn't care. I live about 100 miles away, and their inability to communicate effectively has me opting to go elsewhere.
I brought my diesel truck (which I purchased from them) in for a recall service. It took multiple attempts over three days to get someone on the phone, when I finally did talk to Diane, her response was, "It is a Monday, what do you expect?" Well, Diane- how about in anticipation of your Mondays, hire more staff to help connect with your customers? If you know this is already a problem- maybe attempt to fix it?
I have repeatedly tried to get them to update my phone number, for some reason they have a random other phone number on my account. It has been updated in their system three times now, yet they still don't have the right number. I even wrote it on the ticket, on the key tag, everywhere I could. But I received zero calls from them. Online, I opted for "email contact" instead, but that hasn't worked either.
Dropped the truck off at the morning appointment time, was told it should only take a few hours. By late afternoon (about ten minutes before they close,) I hadn't heard from them. I called, and was told "we need to keep the truck overnight, it'll be done tomorrow." Great. So I drove all the way back home, thinking, "at least the work is getting done."
Came back again today, and still hadn't heard from them, so I figured I'd swing by and see what the time frame was, since once again I got no answer on the phone. (It's a Tuesday, what do I expect?")
Service guy Mike goes and looks for my truck, only to find out it hasn't even been assigned a technician or a bay- nothing has been done. He tells me, "Our Service Manager has been out yesterday and today, and the other guy doesn't know how to assign stuff. Maybe your truck will be done by tomorrow." Really? How are you even functioning? Only one person in the whole department knows how to get work done I tell him where I live and how far I came to get this work done, and now I have to go home and come back again tomorrow? His reply, "I don't know what to tell you." Cool, Mike. Thank you for literally nothing. I'll take my truck and leave now.
I lost two days of work and about $60 bucks in gas to have nothing done on my truck. Thank you, York.
