I have shopped Yeager's on Rogers in Fort Smith for eight years. I loved the store the first time I shopped there and I love it now. Because of the financial times we live in they have gone up some on items but the items are quality. Their sales are great! I will always shop at Yeager's on Rogers. It is homey and always welcoming.

I've been shopping at this store for 22 years and never had a problem but recently I bought a STIHL tool the tool didn't work how it was supposed to. When I tried to return it the manger didn't even take the time to listen to me and just told the cashier to not let me return it

I immediately saw the insect repellent granuals and that's exactly what I was going to yeagers for! Caskiers were very nice and helpful. Nice place to shop!

First my Stihl product is fantastic. The issue I have is when I got there I expected someone to take the time to explain the operational aspect of it after all their site exclaimed this wonderful service. When I got there I asked for and got my product handed to be by some clueless kid who said thanks and by. No one bothered to help me with my questions. It seemed to me that all they cared about was the sale. So the lesson leaned is when I need another Ace Hardware store it will not be this one!

Can’t rave enough about Yeagers/Ace, especially the Rogers Ave location. I miss Lisa. Yvonne is always ready to assist with everything I need. Latest trip was to buy a glass cutter. I’d gone to AR Glass and they told me they couldn’t cut a piece of colored ceramic as it would ruin their blades. I was going to try it myself, but Yvonne asked the guys if they’d try it. Two quick cuts (no blade damage) and I had a beautiful piece I’m having framed. This is the level of service that keeps me going back. Even though it’s part of Ace, you still get that local service.
