Just want someone to know that Heather is an amazing associate. I called on 6/28/2024 with a request to help me find a candle without knowing its name and failing multiple times at searching on the website and broader internet for it. Within a couple of minutes of giving her the color, size, and fragrance notes, she found it for me. Heather went above and beyond and is a credit to the brand.

I recently visited the Yankee Candle store and wanted to share my concerns about the customer service experience. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation where the staff seemed less attentive and accommodating than expected.

During my visit, there was an incident involving my child, and I found the response from the staff to be less than satisfactory. It left me feeling uneasy about the overall atmosphere of the store.

I believe that clear communication and understanding are essential in any customer service interaction, and regrettably, my experience did not align with these expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration to enhance the overall customer experience at Yankee Candle.

This location is the best, especially if Marilyn and Jayla are working.
They are knowledgeable about products, they are helpful, they work well together and they are funny! Two of the nicest people I have ever met, they felt like friends by the time I left and I can't wait to go back!

Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great store with lots of items at good prices. And some great deals today. Great location within the outlets and plenty of free parking. And Yankee candles are a great item. Great as gifts for you or your friends. Best prices are at the outlets.

Sadly we weren’t able to shop in it since it closed early at 7pm on a Monday, woman with the red hair working the last shift stated the system was down, I was willing to spend over +100 dollars plus my family from France was with me to purchase items too
