It is not worth shopping here because the return policy is so strict they may as well not even have one. In this day and age a store should not operate like this. The staff was very unfriendly, she looked like she was miserable working there.
Store was closed last week for the holiday when I came in to return item within return period. I came the following week, but since they were closed store attendant said I am passed the return date! The nerve to not honor it when they were closed themselves.

Terrible customer service. I’ve ordered quite a bit from Australia. One dress was faulty. I emailed them immediately and they agreed to replace the dress. Then they changed their mind. They claimed the damaged dress in my photo was blue but I ‘claimed’ the damaged dress was black. I explained the lighting in the photo may be to blame however they can see I’ve never ordered a blue dress. Then communication stopped. When I queried again they wanted more photos. I had disposed of the dress after they agreed to replace it. Now they simply backflipped and refuse to compensate me. I would never order from this company again. They don’t stand by their product and certainly don’t honour their word.
