I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this store. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful when it came to skateboards. Not where I expected to end up! I sent my out of town friends to Pharmacy Board Shop where the bratty staff decided to take an anti-mask stance. Then, at another independent Tobacco and Board shop, the non-communicative staff made it clear they didn’t want the business of a 15-year-old female.

When we got here, staff was immediately helpful. They corrected others on proper mask wear and a female board tech set up the young learner’s board. If you think skating should be a boys’ club, go to Pharmacy or Smoke and Skate. Sometimes corporate culture has to force the knuckle-draggers out of their man caves. It is what it is!

Great selection of nike dunks and other quickstrikes! They usually always get in new styles and color ways and the staff is pretty knowledgeable about what comes in!
