I stopped by a few days ago to ask about what I thought was a crack in my iPhone mini 13 camera lens. I was pretty bummed because I thought this crack would invalidate my offer for a trade-in credit for my phone.

However, store manager Elijah took a quick look at it and pointed out that the lens was fine, and that it was actually the lens protector that had cracked. This was great news!

I have stopped into this store recently on another occasion and I appreciate how the staff there is always courteous and personable, and are able to resolve whatever issue you bring in to them.

Fixed my cell phone problem WITH LIGHTING SPEED!

I recently took advantage of a deal to have 1 year of free cell service (only pay tax) if I bundle my Xfinity Internet with my cell phone.

However, when I tried to complete the service transfer from T-Mobile to Xfinity via online chat with an Xfinity agent, I had problems getting my phone to work and it was locked in SOS mode as of yesterday, which was a huge problem!

So today I stopped by the El Cerrito Xfinity Store and within minutes Store Manager Martin and Rep Christopher got my phone to work which was a huge relief! Thanks for the quick fix, and the friendly and courteous service!

I was going to give 5 stars but decided to give 4 Stars because it is my third time going to the store to resolve my internet contract and really is the individual of the store that makes the difference.
High five to Elijah who was very helpful - his supervisor assure me that my service is $25 a month maximum for two years contract and there won’t be any other product charges from Xfinity.
Agreed- Xfinity contract and product can be very confusing and trying to reach them over the phone or the chat service is a nightmare. My advise is just visit your nearby store and hopefully you get an empathetic individual like Elijah!

I had a very confusing problem with our account. I came to this site where i was immediately greeted and helped by Cody. I was very stressed out and embarrassed due to how much more complex i made the problem, but they made me feel comfortable to ask for help. Their manager Brandon had to take over because of how complex the issue was. My account was fixed almost immediately. My phone service took a while, but Brandon was always updating me on the progress. Today, i am happy to say everything is now settled, and Angelina helped me wrap this up. I am truly thankful to them.

Update: I had to trouble them again due to an issue my husband created, but as usual, I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. I was even greeted by the person who over watched everyone. Very kind and efficient work. I am so thankful to them, especially Kevin, who stuck through with me.

Came in on the 23rd of June to get the ball rolling on getting my wifi installed, and here I am nearly halfway through July with absolutely nothing I was quoted fulfilled. Didn't receive email or text updates, wifi has failed to be installed (told the signal was too weak and a ticket was filed, zero updates on that situation and basically ghosted by the installer all week) phone has not been delivered, and the cherry on top is that because this process has taken so long I'm now outside of the promotional window to get the original bundle I was quoted, which I was told could no longer be honored. Had to spend two hours on the line with customer service the other night just to arrange for someone to come back and install (again) and I have very little faith that's going to go well. What was the point of coming into the store and speaking to a person only to be jerked around like this? Feels like my time has been wasted and I'm out hundreds paying for data because my neither my wifi nor my phone have been delivered. Infuriating.

This place is terrible. The guy I met with regarding my bill gave me the number to the "Loyalty Department", which he wrote down as the regular Comcast/Xfinity phone number. Clearly, he didn't want to deal with anyone.
