Motorhome brake problem.
Called am allowed to stay overnight in a totally secured lot. Replaced valve done by 12. Cost reasonable. 5 star. And a sincere thanks for our safe return to NY.

Way too expensive. They overestimate labor which is $189 per hour. I was doing Fluid changes in an Engine and tranny. I picked up a truck before closing. They charged me for PM over $780, and couldn’t even install fuel filter properly. The rubber seal was crooked and fuel was dripping down heavily like a waterfall. Drove a couple miles and smelled fuel from the cab. Opened a hood and i saw fuel flowing like a waterfall from that filter. They were already closed at that time. Had to reinstall that filter on the road. My mistake was that i didn’t inspect it at the check out. I didn’t think that official dialer can make such mistakes, especially for the price they charge. Pros about this dealer, it is nice and clean. I included a photo below

The parts service employees were very friendly, thank you for saving the low oil pressure sensor. Plus easy access from interstate 85, and plenty of parking, was nice to see a tanker truck in the parts store.

I was able to spend the day at this business that had a fun filled day for Breast Cancer Awareness...Live band and Trackside Taproom serving cold beer and Scotts hotdogs to feed all.the vendors , bikers and spectators.. The business is such a excellent place for your trucking needs ....a old firetruck is inside the businesses which I found out was the first truck that was purchased by the owner of this business and a place to stop by just to see this piece of history ... Misdemeanor, band was playing and no felonies were involved this day ....great time to enjoy a nice afternoon.

Constant excuses and lies of progress and diagnosis…was told “I needed to take to the facility of the engine make so they could diagnose it further .…I thought that taking it to the DEALER was the best option.Out of curiosity, I called the “competition “ and what’ll you know , they could do it ALL, going further to debunk what the previous company told me why my check engine light was still on .To add insult to injury, the bill I got from WORLDWIDE-SPARTANBURG was extremely high and problem still existed because they “didn’t have the software to complete the diagnostic tests “. One may ask ,why didn’t I call back or go back and complain..well, based on the lack of professionalism I had already received, a small business owner can’t waste more time and effort on this “slippery slope”, especially if the response will be like ones I’ve received thus far during my experience .
