I had liked the place enough to travel past others... until a purchase was made where I had been told that the product could be returned if faulty. The owner himself guaranteed the return... and it didn't work. The owner's wife remembered it and still wouldn't help. I left the product..and them too.. sorry. That's not good business.

Very helpful gentleman with the patience of a saint!!! He helped me at the store with the proper equipment I needed then he was kind enough to help me over the phone when I couldn't figure out what to do lol! Great prices also!!! Would definitely recommend

This is usually my favorite smoke shop in town, the ladies that work there are wonderful theyre always so sweet and always extremly helpful... However i went in today and a man was working and by the way he was talking made me think perhaps the store owner anyways he started out someone polite which quickly turned to completely rude .. Rude enough im leaving a review which i never do this is my 1st ever! #1 i had bought a e-cig at this store a cpl months ago for $27 after tax i couldnt remember what the name of it was but knew the basics as to what I had bought when I told him that it looked just like the shop infinix e-cig same kind of box and product looked the same only mine was red and the one there was blue and i paid $27 and the one currently in the shop is like $45 for the starter kit he came really close to yelling at me and said $27 looked at me like i was stupid and said no that did happen at my store and told me clearly fidnt know what i was looking for.... After being yelled at, talked to like i was stupid and then laughed at I got home only to find out i was right! That was the EXACT E-CIG i had previously bought a cpl months earlier the only diffrence was the color and the fact that he marked the price up by $20.00!!!! I hate to say it but ill most likely never do business with thisstore again and thats a damn shame bc I really enjoyed the service given by the ladies that work there

Look I always try to give the benefit of the doubt in these situations. Does it look like maybe new ownership? New people and place is done differently. But IF you're going to run a shop like this, know what things are. And if you don't, ask someone else.

I went in last week looking for a terp slurp. They had no idea what that was. Ok. I get it. Newish thing the last few years.

I called today and asked if they carried any E-Nails. She didn't know what that was. Common now.

Read up and learn about some of this stuff.

The place looks very clean. Had security glass all around most of the products and the workers. The Staff was friendly. Just don't know anything. That I asked about.

Typical small liquor,cigarette, cbd and glass smoking accessories shop with a great deal of various items. Prices are higher than average imo but the employees have always been helpful and friendly to me. Which is uncommon in many of these establishments.

Workers are exceptionally lazy, the lady would choose when to take breaks and lock the doors when we she felt like it. Showed up 5 min before closed to see she had locked the door and choose not to sell anything. Completely unacceptable and is a shame because they are loosing business because of her.

Neat little store but the cigarette price by the carton is way way way too high. They wanted 61 bucks for a carton of Camel Blues. Granted they were loose packs but that is 20 dollars plus higher than anybody else in town.

Nice clean friendly staff. They also have a gift shop next door that they'll open for you if you want to look around!
