If you ever visit Woodside Bike Shop, be warned: don't get too excited, you might just drool over their wide selection of high-end bikes!

I visited all the way from the Philippines, referred by my brother-in-law Joel, who knew Sir Anthony would take great care of us, aaand he absolutely did. Sir Anthony personally gave us a tour of the shop, and right away you could see how passionate, knowledgeable, and genuine he is with his clients. He made us feel welcome, gave a huge discount, and even threw in amazing freebies like pedals and bike shoes!

There was a small mix-up with my order, but it turned out to be a blessing, I ended up with a 2025 build instead! Sir Anthony handled everything smoothly and safely shipped my dream e-bike (custom MYO Orbea Wild M-LTD 2025) to the Philippines without a single scratch, complete with a free RideWrap protection kit. And even after everything, the total cost was still cheaper than buying locally.

This was my first e-bike, something I had only dreamed about, and by God’s grace through Woodside Bike Shop, it became a reality. Thank you, Sir Anthony, for the incredible tour, the sale, the extras, and for your patience in continuing to guide me as I learn more about the bike.

Bought an e-bike for tooling round town and occasionally commuting to Palo Alto from Redwood City. Highly recommend Woodside Bike Shop. Greg was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and my budget. He was super helpful and cut me a great deal on the perfect bike for my needs. I love it and it is getting me riding multiple times a week. Would recommend and will definitely be going back.

These guys are so quick and super helpful! I really appreciate the great service! I needed help switching out a flat and my shifters were all loose.. now everything's all working .. shifters are tight.. and bike even got a bath! I was even able to pick it up at off hours. A proper neighborhood bike shop. Pragmatic advice, extremely reasonable prices, and if you’re good with tools they’ll teach you how to maintain your bike yourself.

Feels like the small town bike shops I grew up with in the 90s.

I recently purchased an Orbea wild LTD from Woodside bicycles .I was interested in changing a few components, making the bike a custom build. The owner Greg and his wife Ashley were both very helpful and gave me confidence in buying from their shop, which was recommended by a friend .After the purchase their mechanic Anthony and I went over all the details and when I picked up the bike, everything was 100% Complete ! I highly recommend Woodside bicycles !

I am completely disgusted with this transaction.

Having spent $6,000 on a new bike, you would expect more, but apparently volume has overtaken this shop.

I reached out via a Facebook ad last month to secure a deal on a brand new Yeti SB130. Was told to make payment via PayPal, friends and family, and that the bike would ship fully assembled, only needing the fork to be installed.

Imagine the horror when I show up with a box after returning from my trip to my local bike shop to see 81 separate components needing to be installed.

Zero-builid, just like Yeti would ship from the factory. All they did was slap a label on it.

Needless to say, they did none of the work they said they were going to do, I had to call and text the owner multiple times, and even threaten a chargeback on my credit card until they shipped last minute. his excuse was they were so busy they couldn't even think. I could hear that in the background on our numerous calls, but extra business is not excuse to become sloppy and flat out lie.

I'm not sure what's going on in the world of business today, but businesses with added volume should be taking extra care to secure the longevity and lifetime value of new customers coming in their funnel.
