Looks good but more commercial and not like rest area..only 2 Hrs parking allowed

I never have anything even close to something resemblant of high expectations in this armpit of a state, but even still, this is very small for a NJ Turnpike rest area. The 5,000-mile long off-ramp just to get to this thing makes you think you're about to ride up at the Mall of America or something like that. But nope, just a bunch of disappointment.

Customer service was dismal...workers at Panda Express acted like they did not want to even be there...and it showed. Over priced food made me sick...sitting in the parking lot now throwing up Panda Express. If I could give negative stats I would.

I have always found this a great place to make a rest stop while traveling. The restrooms are large and busy but needed for the high volume of people. Sometimes the line for food can take a while but the registers are usually very quick and accurate. The people that work here work very hard and have long hard hours. They deserve our thanks and our respect.

The attention is despicable, the person responsible for refueling, absent from his position, inside the store, who in the toilet, finally reunited with his colleagues at the gas pump, does not work loyalty members🤔🤔🤔 I don’t recommend!!!😤😤

It was fine. Did the job. I got gas at a different rest stop that made it difficult to go to the rest area after filling up so I kept driving until I found this one so that I could now use the rest area.

On 7/24/22, I visited the Burger King in the Woodrow Wilson Plaza. It operates with a Kiosk where you place an order and then go get in line to pick up your order. The machine was not working properly that day, it kept having me reswipe my card, then I tried a different card. It did not print a reciept any of the times. No order was sent to the counter. No food was given to me. When I spoke to the woman at the counter, she said she did not have my order (she barely spoke broken English), she could not refund my money, she said I would not be charged if I did not recieve a printed receipt. I was not able to get my food and then I found out later I was charged four times on my cards for the food. Three times to my debit card, once to my credit card. I recieved NO FOOD. I called Burger King customer service, they said to dispute it with my cards. My cards dispute came back denied because Burger King said that no error occurred. My bank says that Burger King requires proof of purchase. There was no successful purchase, no proof of that. I cannot figure out who owns the plaza to complain but it's downright theft of $80. There were many other people that day having the same experience, I wish I could locate them or check the cameras for the "proof" Burger King requires.
