I recently purchased a vehicle from Winter Haven Honda and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued.

My salesperson, Ricky, was outstanding! They listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The finance team was also incredibly efficient and made the entire process seamless.

The dealership's facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for me, and they even filled up the gas tank!

What truly impressed me, however, was the follow-up service. Ricky checked in with me after the purchase to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle and offered to answer any further questions.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Winter Haven Honda and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been driving Honda for years and have purchased cars in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and most recently in Winter Haven, Florida. By far, this was my worst experience. They were dishonest just to make a sale. Honda itself is phenomenal, but do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer.

I’m a first time car buyer (well, financer) and the staff at Winter Haven Honda could not have made the process easier! I worked with Mostafa, Bryan, and Baylis! All of whom I’d recommend if you’re looking to trade in a car, or get something new! (or used in my case). They gave me an incredible quote on my old car for trade in, and a great car on the 2014 Accord I took home! They answered all my questions over the phone beforehand, and in the dealership, and they were incredibly patient with me, because I had some out of state insurance issues I had to handle. I definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot. Our salesman Bryan was fantastic and I would highly recommend him…he responded quickly to our inquiry about the vehicle and went above and beyond to help us make it work. I first had to trade in my lease and then when we came to see the car he happen to be off that day so another salesperson wanted to work with us and we said that we were working with Bryan and didn’t want him to loose this sale…. We were admit on him not loosing his sale..the saleswomen informed us that there was another person interested in that car and they couldn’t hold it for us to come the next day so we could work with Bryan. So she said if we wanted the car we had to get it that day….we didn’t want to risk loosing the car so we had to move forward…we kept informing her that we wanted to make sure Bryan got his commission from this car…we left that night with the car and we really hope he got something for the work he did with our car purchase. It was totally unfair if he didn’t get paid for all the hard work he did prior to us coming in. Good Luck Bryan I hope they gave you your commission.

I would like to start by sharing how amazing my experience was with Robert. Robert is outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are well taken care of. We came in with a specific payment goal in mind, and he worked hard to get us into the range we needed while also finding us a car we loved.
