I was shopping with a friend here the other day and was shouted at, by a worker, for looking at a dress up on the wall. I didn’t get a name but she was very rude and condescending. It was very unhelpful and my friend and I left immediately. Would not recommend going to this location.

The lady in the store was extremely rude , try to be very hard to work. She threw the dress back on me. All I was asking return policy, she recommended only exchange but no return policy but when I said I think exchange will be ok. In a very rude manner she said only if you exchange today otherwise not. The attitude she was having to tell me leave the store. I guess she didn’t like my looks and dress I was wearing. I will strongly discourage shopping here.

Horrible customer service! We live over an hour away and my sister had been trying to help find a bridesmaid dress for my daughter for my upcoming wedding. She thought that she found one that would work good for her but when she brought it home, the color looked off with the other dresses. It's barely been 3 weeks and they said they won't give her money back even with the receipt and will only do store credit but we have to do it by day 30. They really give off a strong vibe that they don't care about their customers.

Best store around Rogers. The store is beautiful, clean and so easy to shop. The staff will always greet you when you walk in and they follow up in the dressing room when you need different sizes. They are really good keeping new product out so I always want to buy. I posted a YELP review but went in Saturday and they remembered me as soon as I walked in. So I wanted to post here. Sidney and Norma always help me. I will say it has been hot in The store but the team has never complained so if they can work all day we can shop. The weather is helping. I hope corporate takes notice of such a great team.

Sidney at the Rogers store was the most helpful and kind woman!! She made my experience so easy and enjoyable, I’m definitely going to go back and see her next time I can! Oh and she absolutely deserves a raise;)

Cassie was absolutely the sweetest helper, I had to find a dress and heels for my Christmas party and she was a big help even 10 mins from close when most people are tired of people. I spent about 105 dollars and because of her it was soooo worth it, will return
