I can't say enough good things about Window World of Fond du Lac and the experience we had with our replacement windows. The entire process was wonderful and the windows are amazing! The installation crew arrived early, are efficient and hard working, took good care of our house on the inside, and cleaned up the outside. The fit and finish is great, they look fantastic. My house is quieter and I can already tell we are saving money on our heating costs. Marvin was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Always happy to leave an honest review for such a good company. Wish we had gotten our windows replaced sooner! They make such a difference. Very happy customers!

Marvin was great to work with, he kept us updated on our custom window and back patio slider door special order. The installers were great and worked thru the rain to complete the job. Mike checked in on the job to make sure everything was going smooth. Would highly recommend Window World of Fond du lac.

I had originally given Window World a poor review in November 2018. They had installed 18 (middle of the road option) windows and while I enjoyed the quality of the windows, the inside stops made of both pine and cedar weren't installed with much care. They had overhang, gaps and in one case, a large open knot facing outwards.

I put the pictures up on Google reviews but have since taken them down, as they no longer reflect the work Window World has done. The new pictures are quite dark but trust me, the windows look much better!

Window World of Fond Du Lac reached out to me and has since come back to my house to fix the issues. Matt and Mike personally came to do the work, removed the ill-fitting stops and replacing them with new ones.

Despite the difficulties with the original installation team, I would still give Window World a solid B. It would have been a solid 5 stars if the work they completed had been done the first time.

Staff in store are always very friendly, and answered all of the questions I had. The cost was $8000 less than the second lowest quote, even with the almond color I chose bumping the price up per window.

The windows have saved me an average of $30 off my gas bill each month (I had horrible storm window/single glaze windows before) and the savings for air conditioning in the summer is yet to be determined. February was the biggest difference, saving $75 from the 2018 bill to the 2019 bill.

It is nice to have something good to say about Fond Du Lac businesses again.

The installers were on time right to the min. They were beyond professional. Took care in protecting my home while they worked by covering the floors during installation. And vacuumed twice after completing the work. Explained everything to me before they left. Answered my questions. Extremely polite. This is the second time we have had them out to our home for improvements. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Completely satisfied with Window World and their service crew. Thank you

We are so happy with our new windows from Window World. The sales experience was pleasant, no high pressure or bs, just good price right away. The installation of 10 windows was finished in 4 hours. We've never seen a group work so hard and effectively. Each person knew their role and they worked so well together. Other companies we worked with did a poor job insulating around the window frame, allowing cold drafts to penetrate our home in winter. After watching the Window World installation, we are confident our windows are sealed well and our home will be warmer this winter. We highly recommend Window World to anyone considering replacement windows for your home.

The window installation was handled very professionally. The installers were very cordial and answered any questions we had. A couple of the screens had flaws in them but when the installers noticed them or we pointed them out they were immediately re-screened so that everything g was perfect. Would definitely recommend them to others.
