Been here 10 months, great so far -- a well managed storage facility. Will update review once my renewal comes up in Nov, but so far so good.

I’ve been using the storage facility since 2003 and they are fantastic. The staff are wonderful! Anne, David, John and Jenna are always friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful . I am based in Honolulu travel a lot and have three storage facilities along the California coast but this is by far the best! I highly recommend them . Stopping by the office in route to my storage locker is always an uplifting and fun experience thanks to the incredible staff.

As for the facility itself, it’s clean, climate controlled, and easily accessible off the freeway. I could not ask for more!

The staff is wonderful and I loved my storage unit! I had to move all my things into a unit once I moved out of San Francisco and I was so pleased with the service at Will-Store Super Storage. John was so helpful, as I had many questions about key codes, payments, etc.

My dad also has a storage unit at Will-Store, and he's used them for years!

Still a great place to store your goods. If you don't want nosy managers then I have one question. What are you trying to hide? Long hair does not mean unprofessional. It's true, some of the spaces are not climate controlled. Drive up spaces can't be climate controlled and they do have entire buildings that aren't. There is the one 3 story building that is.

I usually do not leave reviews but I have not been able to get this experience off my mind. I came in to the storage facility last week. The manager who approached me her name was Anne. She was very negative when speaking about the company and complaining to me about her own personal issues with the Will-storage. I was very uncomfortable. I'm guessing this is a family company? She had two sons that worked there also.
The one guy had really long hair and was very unprofessionally dressed.
I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole experience and decided not to store with them.

Great place, a little expensive, but worth it. I had my stuff stored for five years. Not one mouse turd or spider web. No damage what's so ever. I've used other storage facilities, this one is abnormally wonderful. Thank you for great care.
