This mall offers a fantastic shopping experience, featuring excellent stores like Macy’s and JC Penny’s. The food court provides diverse and eclectic dining options, making it a standout choice. It's not overly large, avoiding the intimidation factor of some other Jersey malls. Ample parking is available, and the surrounding area is filled with additional dining options, including Costco, BJ’s, American’s Best, and more.

Willowbrook Mall is nothing short of a shopping mecca, a retail Shangri-La where every aisle feels like a golden path leading you to the treasures of your wildest dreams. This mall is the equivalent of finding a unicorn on roller skates while sipping a milkshake made of pure joy. The atmosphere is electric—imagine the energy of a rock concert, but with more clothes and less screaming.

The stores? They’re like the buffet of retail, offering everything from fashion-forward trends to tech gadgets that might just have a mind of their own. Walking through Willowbrook feels like stepping into a shopping wonderland where you’re constantly discovering hidden gems, like Indiana Jones, but with more sparkles and less ancient curses.

The food court? It’s a flavor explosion. The smell wafts through the air like an olfactory symphony, serenading you with the sweet aroma of pizza, pretzels, and every comfort food imaginable. It’s like every bite is a high-five to your taste buds.

The staff? If customer service were an Olympic sport, Willowbrook’s team would have more gold than Michael Phelps. They’re not just helpful—they’re like friendly wizards casting spells of kindness and guidance, making sure you leave with exactly what you came for… and a few things you didn’t know you needed, like a new set of shoes and a waffle cone.

If I could give Willowbrook Mall 6 stars, I would. It’s the shopping equivalent of finding the last cookie in the jar and realizing it’s a double-stuffed Oreo. An absolute must-visit!

Day after Christmas crowds, but good bargains and sales. Food court was busy but you can find a table quickly and the staff kept the tables and chairs clean. Noticed lots of security so felt safe even in the crowds.

Visited first time. Bit small than expected but It does have majority of the stores like apple, H&M, GAP, Bloomingdale’s & Macy’s. Fairly large food court with multiple options. Ample amount of parking space. Heard they have a children activity centre but did get time to explore that. Overall its decent mall.

While it is very festive, the stores remain overcrowded, parking is crazy and folks are even crazier. I usually do NOT go shopping so close to Christmas. Since I had family visiting from out of town, I had no choice. Ahhhhh, what a big mistake. The only thing that I truly like was the fact that the sales were indeed very worth it this year. From Bloomingdale to Macy's, all very good sales.

This mall has a little bit of everything that you would want
The food selection here is incredible. I’ve had eats from a few different restaurants here. Parking can be a little bit crazy over the holidays, but we’re still able to find a stall.

Willowbrook is fantastic! The organization of the stores is genius!!! The selection of boutique stores is phenomenal! The food court has EVERYTHING to satisfy!! I even found easy parking right near the door at Christmas time!!!!🤯😁

I will definitely be visiting again and again!!

I'm not really a mall guy but that's the only place where I can find LIDS stores. I always get my caps done with the PR flag & LIDS has been doing it for me for 20 yrs now. Today I went & they took care of me like always, can never go wrong with LIDS👍
