I love visiting the shop every time I come to Winter Park. For some reason I used to think that the prices were higher, but this time they just didn’t seem that elevated. The store is always changing, and the decor and variety is always exceptional. I love that they absolutely have everything you were looking for as a chef. Everything is displayed so well, clean, bright… It’s a delight to visit here.

Incredibly helpful staff. Entered store to purchase a pasta making utility tool and ended up with that plus a lot more. The team was very encouraging. They clearly love talking about cooking and cooking strategies. I had at least four staff members pop into the conversation offering advice. Everyone was very helpful. Several of the items had to be retrieved from the back of house. Overall great experience and I really appreciate the staff at this Winter Park, FL location! They must have a great manager at this store and strong leadership.

I purchased a cookware set from Williams Sonoma for $650, GREEN PAN expecting top-tier quality. Unfortunately, after just two months of normal use, the cookware has started peeling off.

This is unacceptable for a product at this price point, especially from a brand that markets itself as offering premium kitchenware. I followed all care instructions carefully, so this seems to be a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

I contacted customer service, but they didn’t help I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I expected better durability and quality for the price I paid.

I would not recommend this cookware to anyone unless Williams Sonoma resolves this issue and addresses the product’s quality concerns.

Basically a rude scratch and dent world! We placed an order online for a variety of their goldtouch bakeware. Most of which arrived with significant scratches and one that was completely bent and unusable. If buying from anywhere else, we would have let some, not all, of the items slide, but we're paying a premium for a premium product; there should be NO defects! We brought these items to this location for a replacement (not a refund) and they were extremely rude and acted like we shouldn't return a faulty product and refused to give a replacement or refund but would only provide store credit (NOT including the shipping charges we payed) that ended up taking a couple hours to receive. While attempting to wait in the store for 30 minutes to receive the "store credit" so we could purchase our replacement items, we watched the employees place our scratched and returned products back on the shelves for others to purchase. This is one of the most pathetic things we've experienced from a company that claims to be "high end." Ultimately, do yourself a favor and order directly from williams-sanoma's suppliers and bypass this worthless middleman company. If it doesn't have the williams-sanoma brand, you can buy it directly from the manufacture.

You can't get better selection than Williams- Sonoma in Winter Park. The staff are all just lovely and go out of their way to help you. We always buy the new pieces for their Christmas China Twas the night before Christmas.
