Very rude on the phone After they collected their money. After getting our car home we checked the antifreeze, not 1 ball floated. He gave us some song and dance about a special way they test. Really? Owner made the comment that he doesn't care about bad reviews. That should tell future customers what he thinks of them.

They did a good job. Took a little longer than I liked but considering the damage to my car it’s understandable trying to find certain parts. Would use them again.

They do a good job with tires but I had a computer go out in my car (they can't be returned if they are put on your automobile, even if it wasn't needed)they ordered and installed the wrong one cost me a large amount of money. I had some work done on my brakes and by the time I got to Walmart( maybe 2 miles) I couldn't stop. Thank God it had been raining and the sides of the road was soft because that's the only reason I got the car stopped) by the time I finally did get stopped they were smoking and had almost caught fire.

Backed up so far that I I was told to call next week to maybe get squeezed in at some point during the week to hook my car up to a diagnostic machine.

At least he was professional in appearance and mannerism.

They tell you that something is wrong with your car when it isn't. Told me i needed an alignment and I took it somewhere else and it wasn't true. I purchased tires from them and 3 days later there was a knot on one of them. Also they over charge you when you have work done.
