She made me comfortable, helped find plenty of options within budget to try, and helped us along through the process. I said yes to the dress at Whitehouse Bride!! I had a wonderful time finding my dress with the help of Stacy. After shopping around at other boutiques with subpar customer service, coming to Whitehouse bride felt like a breath of fresh air. My experience at Whitehouse was unmatched. I felt like a princess from the moment I walked into this beautiful store. They have a huge selection of gorgeous gowns for all different price ranges. The staff here truly made me feel welcome and special. I am so happy I found “the one” here.

I paid well over $2000 for my wedding dress. I was advised to order a size up from the one I tried on in the store. I told the sales associate I was planning on losing weight and I was 15 pounds higher than my normal weight at time of try on. I took her advice and ordered the size she recommended and it came in HUGE. It was so big that even if I wanted to wear it as is, there was no possible way. I decided to use their seamstress because I felt uncomfortable taking a dress that needed so many alterations anywhere else. I paid $1500 in alterations ($500 was for an over skirt). When I picked up the dress during my final fitting, the seamstress was not there. The person that was filling in for her did not know how to properly bustle my dress, and I was there for about an hour. I brought the dress home to try on for my mother. The top button has already broken off. The chest area does not properly fit. The dress has extra fabric up top that should’ve been taken in. The sewn in breast cups are already coming undone.

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding gown! The entire staff was friendly and respectful. Elaina was welcoming and accommodating to my family and all the dresses I tried on were stunning! Overall, it was a smooth and fun process (and I am not someone who typically enjoys shopping) and I completely trust White House Bride to make sure that everything fits perfectly come wedding day. Definitely recommend for a positive experience that you will remember for years to come!

Tammy from White House Bride was absolutely phenomenal. I feel like at every shop I went to, the stylist wouldn’t listen to me and what I wanted except for Tammy. White house bride was the first and only time I fell in love with a dress. Their selection was fabulous and I could’ve said yes 100 times here. Gorgeous location and wonderful staff! Elaina was amazing and very patient with me! I had a hard time describing what I wanted and so I started to lose hope in finding a dress. Elaina got the owner involved (who was also amazing) and helped me find the perfect dress. Not a dry eye in the room (including the staff)! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience and for helping me find my beautiful wedding dress!
