My wife and I have been shopping at this place for a couple of years. I like to hit the hardware right off. I have purchased ironing boards, light fixtures, and tile, to name a few.
I buy a lot of fabrics and quilting supplies. My wife likes the book section. We have purchased quite a few pieces of furniture, chairs, tables, appliances, and have been very satisfied with every purchase we have made.
You never know what treasure you will end up with. I hope they keep their prices up to this point.

Amazing variety of used items - and a few new. I've purchased a Gary Fisher bicycle, sleeveless tops, jeans, Princess House crystal serving dishes, a cream and sugar serving set, a lovely oil painting, and more - all at the White Elephant.

Show up by 8:40 if you want to be toward the front of the line when doors open at 9. Lots of people shop here daily because the inventory is always turning over and prices are low. It's a fascinating experience and fun people watching - plus some legitimately good deals and reselling opportunities. Got a super nice pair of brand new work boots with the tags on for $12, a brand name crossbody bag for $3, and some beautiful vintage postcards for a dime each.

I always love going to the White Elephant! What's not to love, yes it's used items but usually items that are well cared for. Because of this place I get to have "new" clothes and donate the ones I have had here at the Elephant. Win - Win !

Updating my review to a 1 star.

A woman named Maureen was very rude to me as a younger African-American woman. This was only my second time in the store. I had to leave when I realized they didn't accept cards and their ATM was broken. The two ladies who had tended to me say they would hold my things until I came back. They must have misplaced my two cookbooks that I was really looking forward to reading about no sugar diets as they apparently didn't ring them up. When I came back, the books weren't with the other things I had taken to the register and were supposedly gone but Maureen didn't really check. She claims "it must have gotten lost in translation". I speak English just like she does. Maureen is a very rude volunteer!!

The store is open during a small window of time. I wish they had longer hours to shop even if just once a week. Management, please consider doing this!

Great used items at fantastic prices. Ran by volunteers and all proceeds go to many charities. Please donate and recycle to one of the biggest hearted people ever.

This is a LARGE thrift store and that might be your things. Furniture - Christmas - jewelry - lawn - electronics.
I found it a bit dumpy and some areas were chaos. Very crowded with people and the while the prices were good, I thought it was odd to have jewelry completely separate and couldn’t be paid together.
The men’s cloths selection was dismal. It’s not a good clothing thrift store IMO. Good book selection.
Not very clear entry off the highway. Could use more signage.
