The first order I made from them, the stitching was coming apart. But I wanted to give them another shot, so I ordered a second time. On my second order, I had it insured because it was more pricey. I received it, but it didn't fit so I exchanged it. The exchange never got to me. It took me a while to get them to give me a refund. I guess they didn't see it was insured because it was an exchange. But, it did take me a few emails and evidence to prove my situation. I hope they improve because I don't see many environmental consciousness stores with these cute designs. But, I would have to pass. The quality does not match the price.

Absolutely terrible company. I never received my order. UPS delivered the package to a different address, the photo UPS uploaded for proof of delivery is clearly not my house. Whimsy and Row told me it was my problem and not theirs. I'm out hundreds of dollars. Whimsy and Row only cares about money. Terrible customer service and accountability. Won't be ordering from them again.

What a great store! I've bought several of their gorgeous pieces, and I always get a million compliments when I wear them. Their clothes are flattering and impeccably made. I usually gravitate toward solids rather than prints, but their prints are so tasteful and beautiful that they might have converted me 😉 On top of that, their stuff is sustainably made, so I feel good about shopping there. And on top of that, they have incredible customer service. I had an issue with my order (no fault of theirs) and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. This is why you shop small! I couldn't have asked for a better experience... thanks, Whimsy & Row!

Love this store! I am new to LA and was looking for a boutique that has plus size options. I found 2 beautiful skirts here that really highlighted my figure and fit me so well! Also the service is exceptional. Ryan was wonderful and I had such a great time talking to him. Will definitely be coming back ☺️

Their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve been trying to return some clothes I bought online thinking I could get a full refund but am instead offered only store credit, which makes no sense and was not explicitly made clear when I made my purchase. I’ve written three emails and called and have gotten no response.

I ordered Sidney Dress in Black and I fell in LOVE with it. It is so comfy, stays in place great and works great for my job of shooting weddings. It is also my go to for any fun party or summer day with the family along the river. It is the best, I highly recommend it!!

I had a great experience purchasing my wedding dress from this shop! I was looking for a eco-friendly and ethical company to buy my dress from and this is the one I chose! Whimsy + Row is a female owned company that uses eco-friendly materials including recycled fabrics. It manufactures locally to reduce its carbon footprint and uses packaging from recycled materials. If you're looking for clothing that is ethical and durable, shop here! Also, the customer service is amazing! Thank you for supplying beautiful clothing without harming the planet!

I purchased two dresses online for a wedding. The first was immediately refunded because it was out of stock. The second was very long in the torso, so I returned the dress for a full refund. During that time, the first dress became available online so I re-ordered it and used a 15% off code that was available. When the dress came, it too was cut very long in the torso and was unwearable for my height. I requested a return, and was informed that since I used the 15% off code, I would only be entitled to store credit for a $175 dress. I will not be shopping here again.
