I have been contacting the manager for over 3 months now about my W-2 when I worked for them. He was kind and seemed helpful. WhenI worked there I defended these ppl thinking they were good kind ppl. the customers were rude, mean and just out of hand most of the time to the workers. I would take up for them. So, I have t worked there in a couple years. Lost my W-2 that has been needed since the beginning of the year. I have reached out beyond numerous times. I have to call them bc he not his workers will give me an update. At first I was patient about if giving it time. But then realized the last time I spoke with the manager if and when they get new information, they will not kindly notify you as they spoke of they’d do. Now it has been over 4 months and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve left over 10-15 messages bc they always say he’s not there. Morning, evening, pm, every time he’s “not there”! And I’ve kindly asked to leave a note with Name, number and reason. I’ve also stopped by and left my own personal note 2 months ago. I still hear NOTHING. TODAY THE FEMALE HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ASKING HER TO PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE(I understand he may be busy so I am thoughtful and courageous of this and expect a call back you’d think). I call back and a man answered, I asked to leave a note for manager he angrily said manager not here. I said I understand. Leave note please? He repeated no manager. I asked “leave note/message for manager”. He rudely hangs up on me as well. I call back now the Female answered again. I asked to please leave a note. She said “I did” I said well ma’am you hung up on me so I had no knowledge. She hangs up again. They are rude and unprofessional. The workers are. I will call everyday until I hear from the manager. This is not okay for a business. And it would be helpful if they learned more English to communicate properly or they really do, and just like pretending as if they don’t. I see that regularly everyday. Thanks

Love this Pacecar gas station. Prices are normally within 1-3 cents of the best in the area, if not the best. They have a fantastic selection of food and drinks. The staff is friendly and their bathrooms are really nice.

The people behind the counter are VERY RUDE!!! This has been on more than one occasion. If they act that s way to all of their customers I don't know how they are still in business. And it always smells weird .....

Had a pleasant experience with the gas prices like 20 cents cheaper than Prattville (somebody needs to splain this to me). The clerk was giving away bananas which was a pleasant surprise.
