They over charged me for an extra plant of $50 and then I tried to call to get a refund the same
Day but no one would answer the phone then when I had the chance to drive 45 min back to the place they refused to give a refund because it wasn’t the same day!!!! Customer service very rude and refused to let me speak to a manager. Said one wasn’t available. And forced to take a plant I didn’t want……. Update…… back of house manager finally called me and she was surprisingly polite and apologetic and issued me a refund. Will consider returning. The plants that I wanted are beautiful.

HORRIBLE customer service skills at the register and even worse skills in the greenhouse. BEWARE of the 48 HOUR return policy that isn’t on the receipt but is conveniently in fine print by the register. If you ask for clarification the older lady who I assume is the manager will be very condescending to you and talk to you like a child. I’ve seen many parasites and pests in the greenhouses and I’ve known of them selling sick trees to customers and refusing to help. If you need plants go to white river nursery or pink fern plant company these people don’t deserve your money.

I called both locations a couple days in a row. East mission didn’t answer at all, so I called this location and they answered, talked to me then put me on hold for seven minutes which I didn’t mind but then they picked the phone up and hung it up. Then I called back and they didn’t answer either. I’m just trying to find out what water plants east mission has.

I love coming here to gather starters for my garden beds, but I’ve noticed just in the past 2 years how unorganized things have become. There are plants that are on a table with others for 4.50 but would ring up 9.50 and up. Several locations where the same plants are found and are under signs with different prices. So confusing and sometimes hard to get an employees attention. Seems like half of them work really hard and stay busy while some of them just stand around and dilly dally. Plus the prices are considerably more expensive than other local greenhouses so I may end up trying to find another business to frequent.

What a bomb 💥 azz chill place. The workers are so nice and helpful. Kay and Jay got the place running smooth and Amys first day was Monday and she came in with the knowledge already inside her. I honestly been sleeping on this place and they got trees, plants, seeds, soils, wind chimes and everything you need to professional plant, grow, and maintain a healthy garden/crop.

I've gone here a handful of times since moving here and I love the large selection of plants they offer, especially the variety of vibrant flowers thus time of year. They even have pumpkins during Autumn and Christmas trees during the winter which I think is quite nice! I have several pothos I've purchased at this nursery that I've had for a couple years now and have been propagating myself and like coming here for my garden flowers. As a bonus, they also have some cute pots and planters!

Excellent place to purchase plants, Healthy, strong,Beautiful flowers and Hanging baskets, Perennials, Shrubs and Trees...
It is also where I work spraying insecticides, miticides, fungicides and other duties...

I love Westwood Gardens. Although a little pricey they have the most beautiful plants and flowers of all kinds! I get so inspired when I go there.

I came to leave a review due to my most recent experience with Susan. After researching online what to put in my flowerbed I came in today with a mission to learn more for myself. Little did I know this sweet woman would be there to help me, teach me all the things and give me suggestions and more. I loaded up today thanks to her and will definitely be back for more!
