This mall is mostly geared towards food and high-end brands. There is a lot of walking. Also parking is pretty difficult so not only are there a couple of garages that you can park your vehicles in but you can also use valet parking and there are some areas where you can do like food pick up for the outlying restaurants. I would like to note that the mall closes really quickly when it is going to close.

A lot of shopping centers are not doing well. However, the Westfield Valley Fair is one of the few exceptions in Northern California. The shopping center is still super crowded. I don’t see too many empty spaces in the mall. Most of the stores and restaurants are so busy. I saw lines all over everywhere inside the mall. Trying to get parking is almost like a nightmare! The parking garages are the only worst part of the Valley Fair Shopping Center. But there is not too much you can do other than come early on the weekends!

Wow this place has become a foodies paradise. You can find almost any cuisine your tastebuds desire. There's also a snazzy Italian market with a rooftop restaurant in the mall.

One of the Best Malls in the Bay – Westfield Valley Fair Delivers
If you’re looking for a shopping experience that’s a cut above the rest, Westfield Valley Fair is the place. This mall has seriously leveled up over the years—it’s modern, massive, and packed with everything from luxury brands to everyday favorites. Whether you’re hunting for a statement piece at Louis Vuitton or just grabbing a solid outfit from Uniqlo or Zara, it’s all here.
The layout is sleek and easy to navigate even though it’s huge, and the mix of stores is super well curated. Fashion, tech, beauty, home you name it, Valley Fair has it. And don’t even get me started on the dining options. There’s a full-on food scene here now, from cool food court staples to legit sit-down restaurants like Din Tai Fung and Eataly. You can literally shop, eat, and vibe for hours.
Bonus points for the solid parking structure with plenty of EV spots and how clean and high-end everything feels. It’s the kind of mall where you actually enjoy spending time not just running errands.
Whether you’re a local or visiting the Bay Area, Valley Fair is worth a stop. Trust me, this isn’t your average mall.

This is an active shopping mall with few to no vacancies. The food court is full, and has some decent food options such as handpulled noodles, boba, buns and the like.

It loses one star for being so car-oriented, and relying on parking revenue in order to stay afloat. Parking costs $3 per hour after the first two hours.

I used to hate coming here with my girlfriend at the time. Nothing spectacular, and the parking was always bad --especially during the holidays. But after roughly 10 years of not having been here, this place has gotten some really good upgrades! Plus, the shops in here are really cool! Worth checking out for sure! So glad my friend convinced me to come here after so long! Best of all, it's rare for any mall food court I've been to, to have a balcony that looks out above. Granted, most of the view is just the parking lot and shrubs, but when you catch a good angle from the right spot of the sun setting? STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL!

Indoors mall with lots of options not only for shopping but dining. The parking is not enough so be sure to be there on weekdays or early on weekends, they charge it after the second hour. They just remodeled the restrooms which sometimes you need to make a line to get in.
