I have only eaten at this particular location once. So I really can't give a accurate review of this location. But the one time I did eat here the staff was polite and food was good and hot. Only thing I wish i had was chocolate covered strawberries from Danyel's Kitchen.

Except for the Star of India open late at night which is a blessing, the mall has a eerie feeling for a lack of open stores and poor lighting. the Star of India is a fabulous restaurant

You'd be crazy not to love this place. Sami makes everyone feel like family. There are tons of vegetarian and vegan options, and the lunch buffet is my favorite buffet I've ever had. Be sure to try an Indian beer or mango lassi with your meal. I wish I could say I've tried most of the menu, but it is extensive. I'm giving it my best effort, but the vegetable dishes always pull me back. They can make any dish to your desired level of spice, even though the menu doesn't say it.

Went to slums and the food is good as always but the care of the staff was ridiculous. Front lady could not get a response from kitchen because she was to busy on her phone. Manager was more worried about an old piece of currency than operations. NO AIR AND NO SODAS. Waited for ever for an order called in from 20 minutes earlier. Could and should have advised when order was called in. This store should have closed for the day to fix the air and drinks.

Love that the buffet is back. And Sammy is always welcoming. And of course it was packed. Everybody came out in full force. Long line of course.
