Nothing to see here. 85% of the stores are closed. Most stores left are clothing stores. JCPenney and Dillards is there. There are few stalls in the foodcourt left. Even at the parking lot you can feel its a dead mall. Only thing that makes this mall still open because of Orange County Tax Collectors and the Sun Pass. Infairness, the toilets are clean.

Me and my best friend visited the sweet n savory shop in west oaks mall, very vibrant and lively place, great food n drinks right next too AMC cinema
We tried w strawberry shakes , great service and ambience. Must try highly recommend

ok mall, sad to see the Spencer’s closed down… it was my one and only favorite store. Unfortunately the worst part are the ghetto ratchet customers that wander the mall, makes me uncomfortable but it makes sense since it’s close to Pine Hills

Long gone are the glory days of West Oaks Mall. It seems as though only a few of the original storefronts are still operating. The food court does offer more authentic cuisine these days, rather than the chain majority eateries that you find in other malls.

It's almost certain that the movie theather, DMV and Sun Pass office are the largest draw these days. There is a gym the offers adult and children classes as well as a few activity centers.

This mall has really turned around and cleaned up nicely. Just needs a few more mainstream stores and it would be back on top. I came for a car tag and the tax collector was packed.

Sad to see so many businesses closed. This mall still has a good movie theater and the JC Penny’s and The Dillards are worth going to. They are keeping the place clean even though most businesses have closed up.

Literally there's nothing there. Rent must be super cheap. There's weird bridal stores, random $1 store with makeshift tables, a gaudy Dillard's, a strange dirty looking kids play area, zero a/c in the entire mall, stores that advertise "cold water sold here", and an AMC that reads "MC" with the letter C that also about ready to go. The parking lot is dirty, empty, the landscape is dry and dead, and the building is in need of pressure washing and new paint.
West Oaks Mall, it's time.
