West Market customer service is horrible! Man was very rude just because we wanted to purchase cheesesteaks and he did not want to make them. We have went in multiple times at different times and are told the samething every time that the subs are not being made at that time. They should have some kind of sign that says the times that the subs are being made. Will never be back again and I will spread the word about their horrible customer service.

They post the hours Mon-Fri that they are open till 8:30pm. I showed up with they hurricane shutters closed, door locked at 8:17pm. I can see the owner or employee (not sure) counting the money with the lights on.... I knocked on the door several times and finally he acknowledged me signing to me he was closed! It’s 8:20pm! They need to post they close at 8pm if they want to be out of there by 8:30. I always want to give my business to local but obviously he didn’t care and was rude about it. I went to Winn Dixie .... at least I know if they post their hours it’s accurate.
