Last time I stayed here(about 4 months ago)the rooms where dirty,lots of riff raff around the backside of building.
My opinion is put a new manager in,somebody that knows what they're doing when it comes to this type of business. big improvement now. I'm not talkin it ain't jumping a no 5 star resort. it is what it is, but at least it clean& neat now.
Also the staff that works up at the front desk and all the maintenance people they're good people.everybody's very nice and pleasant here. So keep your expectations in check I mean it's definitely an improvement but you gotta remember you get what you pay for most of the time. I would recommend this now , more than I ever did before

The Publix Supermarket is good but I had to wait four minutes at the traffic light that goes across Sheridan Street into the parking lot. It was 90 degrees and as you can see in this photo, there are no parking spaces in the shade. After you've done your shopping, the parking lot is a maze to get out of.

Dinge lot ,storrs look rundown. I was there for a massage, and that place was the cleanest place I've been in as a for a massage parlor. Not that much parking and the people who do go do t know how to park!

Always a nice clean and friendly shopping center to visit! An all in one stop place to do your shopping, vet needs for your special family member, dental, banking, massage, Publix Grocery Store with a pharmacy, shipping, and a plethora of places to eat!

Always a pleasure to come to this plaza. Well maintained with a good varieties of stores. Be aware that going around the back and the bus stop up front is also swarming with homeless people. I pray for them but they are more likely than your standard phd to commit theft or vandalism

A lot of waiting but I passed 36 tire stores to go to this place. Super fast when it's your turn. Price was very good. Nice helpful staff. Mom & Pop store. Only 2 or 3 workers. I gave up on Costco and Sam's club.

Waited hours and finally they sold my tires to someone else!!
