I can’t rave enough about this business! They put new locks and door knobs on our doors and not only did a great job, but they were also very kind. I called back a year later with an issue and instead of charging me for a visit, they gave me quick instructions on what to do and it worked! Customer service is still alive! So refreshing!

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Rick. I needed a m11 master lock key cut from my original worn slap out key that stopped working. He cut me the perfect key and it worked like it was new.

The second time I needed a key from this outfit and always left knowing it was going to work.

My mistake was going to ace first since they opened at the crack of dawn. Next time I won't waste my time with anything but West End Safe & Lock Inc. Nothing beats a hand cut key from a skilled locksmith craftsman.

Excellent service! Called to have the lock on the front door of my business repaired and they were there within 2 hours. They fixed the problem quickly and had it back in working order. I have been using West End Safe for key cutting for 3+ years. Always on the spot service. On difficult key patterns, they find alternate solutions that resolve the needs.

My last visit, I brought in three F150 security keys to cut. As of this writing, their charge was $45 per key which seemed steep. I went to the local Ford dealership and they were cut for no charge. Felt lucky in that it is rare that a dealership would do that so high appreciation provided. Still, I recommend West End for non-security key services.

10/10 service. They had someone out the same day to rekey my locks, and called when they were on their way as promised (so many companies say they will but don't, which is very frustrating!). Worked quickly and efficiently while being extremely friendly.
