Moved from Florida. Excited for a Publix to be close by. Walking into this Publix you don’t get that Publix smell. Overall the store is very clean. The cashiers are super friendly. But, the deli is a different story. I have bought deli meat where the plastic wrap was still on the slices. I have had hair in my food. The egg for the ramen was bad. Ordered a sandwich toppings not available. Got a different sandwich. Had ordered two hot sandwiches for lunch online. The deli put one in the cooler, one in the warmer. The cashier argued that it is a cold sandwich. Buffalo chicken tender sandwich is not cold. The manager offered to put the sandwich in the toaster oven. Well! Who puts lettuce and tomato in the oven to reheat. Publix I am familiar with would offer me a credit or a new sandwich. Tonight will be the last time I will go to that deli for anything. I don’t have plumbing in my kitchen. Publix had a special. Chicken tenders with sides. No chicken tenders, no fries, no mac and cheese. Why have a special then. The other option is to wait 20 minutes. Oh! I have done that also. To many chances.
