Staff was very helpful and kind. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The water heater is inadequate and showers were cold. No coffee in the room. No breakfast. I paid $208.30 for 2 nights with a pet. The amenities are worth a bit less in my opinion, but the area is very safe.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The room was clean however it was dark. There was about 2 light bulbs that were out but the ones that worked were not very bright. It was very quiet and no outside noise that bothered us. The rooms were a bit worn and could use a little fixing up but Overall clean and a good place to stay. I would. Definitely stay here again if I came back to this town..

My husband and myself had to go on a road trip. This hotel is the only MOTEL in St johns AZ. We didn’t realize just how screwed we really were until we got into room 128. Pull back the top sheet to find hair and down toward the foot area sand! After getting a clean set from the office ( attendant was very apologetic and kind ) we stripped bed and remade it. Thank God we had our own blankets/pillows. The toilet seat was visibly dirty. The corners of the bathroom had hair and gunk in every corner. The carpet was full of sand. Old is fine, dirty is not! If you need to stay … take your own everything and use the inn to stay dry and safe. No one bothered us or our car. We didn’t feel worried for our safety. Price is very acceptable. The fridge and microwave was working and clean.

Nice little older, motel in St Johns. Mini fridge and microwave, big tub shower, lots of hot water. Beds are super comfy. No coffee pot, but I had instant coffee with me so no biggy. Staff is very nice and accommodating.
Great place to stay. Great value. Very quiet. Good wifi.
Small DirectTV pkg. Pets welcome.
Restaurants, Circle K within a block.
Very historical little town.

I loved this motel. I thought the staff was outstanding and the manager o truly believed was a Saint. They accepted all my dogs and the pet deposit was very reasonable.
Like I said I LOVED IT!!!!!
I will never again stay there. The manager tried to steal 75.00 dollars from my checking account by charging my debit card a second time for a set of towels he claimed I completely ruined beyond ever being able to use again. A whole set!!!! Then when I asked for the towels that I had purchased he said he had thrown them away. He couldn't produce a picture of the stains or even one washcloth he claimed I had damaged beyond repair. How dare someone take money from your bank account without providing proof of what the charge is for.
I would suggest that you don't stay at this motel. From now on I'm driving the extra 30 miles to Springerville. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE WELCOME INN AND SUITES IN ST. JOHNS ARIZONA AGAIN!

Overly priced for a dirty room! Bathroom grout and corner of floor very dirty! People upstairs from us could be heard walking around all night. TV stations were few and alot of them were fuzzy. Was told when we checked in we got one of the updated rooms. Only thing I saw updated was the flooring. Do not serve coffee or anything else in the morning. Outlet next to bed was so loose would not hold my phone charger in. No clock or coffee pot in rooms. Won't stay there again! Was tired and didn't want to drive at night to another motel. Big mistake!

Disgusting dirty and way overpriced and they could care less knowing it's the only motel in town get an air bnb it will be way better experience I am reporting therm to the health department along with their Nasty laundromat they own on first st. Sick of businesses taking advantage of the fact we don't have many options. And if you think this place is clean I would hate to see what you think clean is! Gross!!!

Bathroom was not cleaned. Toothpaste on sink. Urine on toilet seat. When asked for them to come clean, used same towel for toilet and sink then left, noticed this as after thought. As I started to try to settle in, noticed place was never dusted or wiped down. Floors dirty. Front door coming apart. Blanket torn and tattered. Management (previously thought it the owner) was rude and disrespectful when I said I can’t stay in a dirty room and get sick, he replied with, should have charged you $150 instead of $85! And even though he swiped my card only 5 minutes prior, said it would take me 10 days to see the refund. Incredibly rude and incredibly nasty.
