The employees is never doing their job. They're always standing around on their telephones, not helping the people at the cash registers of the self checkout. They don't want to be a cashier, they just want to stand around and do nothing while we work to customers we're not there to work. We're there to shop and you serve us. I also smell marijuana each and every time I go into the garden Walmart. Somebody needs to Check-in to that. Because I'm the only personal person that has smelted numorristown's. I thought there was supposed to be no drugs at any business but I guess I was wrong huh? Well, anyway, come check it out yourself. You'll either lock it or you won't. I am so disappointed and it's very unacceptable. In my book, as I was growing up 50 years ago. We never sing things like this or smell. Things like that or dealt with customer service like that. You need a better service or closest store downo. Thank you and have a blessed day. Remember karma is at. There's a 380. It comes around as you throw it out. You're gonna throw at you the same way you throw it.

False information given From staff on July 21 2024 approximately 6:15am / 6:20 am ct staff was very obnoxious when asked about customers hours she manages self checkout and no one was in the customer service department kinda a inconvenience when the stores hours says 6am smh when are you gonna want to do your job

Rude employees!! ALWAYS late with pick up orders. They never have them ready on time. Then it takes over 20 minutes for them to bring it to your car! You are lucky if they even have all of your items in stock. Management needs to do better!!

Empty shelves, poor customer service. We asked an employee where the duct tape was, and you'd have thought we asked for his last dime. He looked it up on his device, and after several very loud sighs and a few curse words under his breath, he pointed to an Isle and said "down there," and abruptly walked away. Things were very much disorganized. And no carts inside by the door, we had to go back and get one from the parking lot.

I love going to this place because I can find so many items I need and don't need. The majority of customers are very friendly. The staff strive to assist whoever should need help. Especially with those self-checkouts. Having more selections of various foods is what I like morning than anything. The parking isn't bad.

I give this location 5-stars only for the grocery section because 99% of the time they have everything I need food wise at the lowest price of any other retailer with that being said this location has the worst toy department of any other Walmart I've been too as well as a very rude dept manager and the store manager Brent has never answered the questions and or concerns I've discussed with him, as a weekly customer I see him 99% of every visit and he acts as if he would prefer not to make eye contact or speak to me after I spoke with him about the toy dept manager about the way she treated me, her tone and acted as if I was bothering her and now I feel he is basically treating me the same way I know I could shop at other area Walmarts but this location has been my go to Walmart for over 30+yrs and it will continue to be my grocery shopping store.

Update. I’ve come back to this Walmart since the last time I’ve reviewed it and they have a security car that drives around the parking lot? Well every time I come in the parking lot even a little he/she follows me around I’ve watched her she comes where ever I am and sits there like I’m a suspect or something I wish this rent a cop would go on and leave me be I’m the least of your problems i don’t try and start nothing I try to avoid ppl and I drive a vehicle that clean and nice looking there really isn’t a reason for this signal security to be following me around the parking lot

I work right down the road so that’s why I come to this one it so close.

Multiple things found that were either out of date or moldy. Some of the owls were too narrow to even get the bogey down laid out so unorganized ,staff rude and harsh to deal with only found one staff member in self checkout that was helpful nice and polite. this day and time that was totally unacceptable the way the stores being ran and managed. Everything that I witness is a management failure.
