Under 0 , Shame to this kind of management , its FCFS first of all ( do not any appointments ) you will see drivers are fighting for get the dock ( bc Walmart can not manage the door ) and RUDE , really ignorant lady in receiving . Someone has to teach her how to talk even ( angry , doesn’t pay attention to documents ,… ) . Never again here . Recently POLICE was involved bc of fighting .

Was a typical Wal-Mart, took about 3 hours once we got a dock. They have a restroom. It was easy to find and has parking a half a mile away. A truck stop and patriot parking and repair; it's $10 at patriot.
One thing that wasn't typical is on the paper the guard shack gave it states if your door isn't open to find one in the range, depending on what your hauling. I attached a picture for reference.

Simple an easy but complicated if it’s your 1st time.
Check in 1hr before appointment
Back in to any door that’s not occupied.
Don’t listen to guard shack, fresh(301-310) frozen not sure.
Paperwork to door 20.
Open door , dolly down disconnect.
2-3hrs bills on hand and out you go.
There is always a group of 10 trucks every hour and 10 coming out.
2 truck stops down the street but barely fits 5 trucks on each. Walmart 4 miles out allows overnight parking( keep it clean) .

I delivered on a Saturday afternoon. Check-in easy and friendly. Shipping clerks friendly, respectful, and attentive. I was there one hour and 45 minutes. I had a dry load. Drop your trailer in door, wait for phone call, easy as that. Use good English! Photos not necessary, plenty of room/wide open.

Been to this site years ago and read the reviews last night. Was really dreading going today for my 3:15 pm delivery. Note this: From the time I went to the gate 100 % pleasant,respectful,efficient,and the whole process was great. 39 minutes in sleeper before got the call come get your bills before you hook. Thank you Walmart for being 5 star today. Made my worry about going to Wow this is wonderful. Full load taken off dry load.

This Walmart DC is NOT like any other. They are disorganized when it comes to door assignments. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff that works the gate and inside where you check in. Otherwise they would receive none. When you check in, (meat, perishable loads) you are assigned a door. If a trailer or truck is in your door, you have to wait until it becomes open (not a problem). My issue is that you have to constantly walk to the receiving office every hour and time stamp your paperwork or you are marked late. That makes no sense. You have 5 doors for receiving meat or perishable and you have 100 trucks coming in at the same time for those doors. Idk who is in charge of this location, but they need to do better, or come up with a better system.

My appointment was for 00:15, got here at 23:58. Check-in was smooth they gave me a door only to find a truck took my door then realized this was a madhouse. Drivers were fighting for doors, blocking people in I mean it was a serious mess. I took it upon myself to try to get everybody on one accord & make sure everyone got treated fairly. I’m just a driver but aside for that disorder it was a smooth unload I was out by 03:20, however I won’t be back.

Checked in at 0200 and checked out at 0745. Frozen: told to park in front of door and wait for a call to open my doors. Long walk go the office from frozen doors. Pretty easy backing. Super busy at time.
