You have to wait and make sure everything is done that you asked for.

I do not intend on going here again. I went for and oil change, have an filter install, and have two tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. The workers are nice but, their service is slow. The problem is time management, no one person is assigned to do one task. If one start on your tires he has to stop and go get tires for the inside person at the counter. It took exactly 3 hours 15mins to have my work done. No one was waiting when I got there. Never again!!

Went there twice and pulled up to the tube lane sat in the car waiting for someone to come and see what I needed . First time there was a truck in front of me we both sat for a long time finally the truck in front of me decided he was done waiting and decided to pull off I followed suit. The next morning I went again same thing so I got out of the car and enters the building and asked the cashier if I was suppose to come in and let them know what I wanted she said yes. I said okay it would have been nice if someone had told me. She said yeah there is no one out there . Which there was men working on cars. Ithen shrugged her shoulders and gave a very sorry excuse for an apology I left and went to the Castrol shop down the street where I received excellent service! Customer service is non-existent at Walmart auto center.

I got a oil change and it took forever!!!! I never had an oil leak before I took my car there and one of the coworker said “I have a oil leak” ? the cashier was friendly and helpful though. I think the wait time should be better and they had put the wrong oil in my car ‍♀️

I come here often. Went to another place to get rotors and brakes but still ended up at Walmart to handle problem with tire pressure. Thanks to the manger, an older guy, for helping and awesome mechanics. ☺️ No problems when I come here. 100% A+

Lasiest people I've ever seen work. Brought my vehicle in for tires to be installed and balanced at 7:30am. One vehicle in front of me. Didnt leave till 12:30pm. Waste of a day and time. Save your time and spend the extra few bucks and go somewhere else.

Bought 4 tires 2 1/2 to 3 months ago. Purchased road hazard with tires. Took my car to have tire repaired because of road hazard. 1st they put the wrong tire on my car other than the one I purchased for$116 a piece? Had to informed them that it wasn't they right tire. Than they tell me that they couldn't fix my tire because they never sold The GOOD YEAR EAGLE tire that they
placed on my car at time of me purchasing my car the tires.? NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION FOR REPAIRS OF ANY KIND!!!!

Great service. I think that this is the first that I’ve been to a Walmart Auto Center where the mechanics moved/worked with a sense of urgency. I didn’t have to wait all day to have my car serviced.
