11/2/24, well one of their associates blew me of when i requested assistance only to start talking to some teenagers. I found another (didnt catch her name) that went above and beyond. She actually went in the back to retrieve an item that was delivered 3 days ago but never placed on the shelves. Big props to her, she knows what great customer service is.

Well, they sure lowered their hiring standards. The one employee I spoke to smelled like he had just come from an all-night binger. Other employees were not knowledgeable and definitely did not look professional. One maybe two checkout lines with a checker open everything else you had to do self checkout and two of those stands was broken.

There's a lot of stuff locked up some of it didn't make any sense others all you can do is blame the tweakers of society however if Walmart would actually choose to prosecute and stop shoplifters I think it would help the situation

Store was clean. Went in looking for a rug, while the selection is decent we didn't fins a suitable one. Still the cheapest place to buy paper towels and toilet paper!

Shopped here today and used the self checkout which usually is okay. Not today, tried to scan something repeatedly while also trying to wrangle my toddler daughter, who is ADHD. Self checkout had young woman with long dark hair, very young working it and she just stared at us. So I gave up trying to scan since she wouldnt help us at all, but could glare and stare. Five minutes later runs over with more glaring and commands that I scan that item!!! Umm hello, you saw that I was having trouble and didn’t do a damn thing!! Don’t come over finally being even more rude and act like I’m trying to steal $5 headphones, I’m just fine financially. And you’re not above me or anyone else in this world. Learn some manners, respect and basic customer service or don’t work with people!! It’s that easy. Your friendly to others so maybe try being respectful to the single mom who’s trying to balance 50 things at a time

Prices are good and most of the staff is friendly. Too much stuff is locked up, and
they treat paying customers the same as shoplifters. If a thief wants to get into those cases they can easily break in, and if the rest of us want to purchase things that are locked up we have to wait 20 minutes for someome to locate whoever has the keys and they hand it off to a cashier, and by the time I'm finished shopping and ready to pay, they can't locate the item or the person who handled it, the other option is to wait in line multiple times to pay for individual items. It's worth spending the same amount of time searching for deals at Safeway, Ace Hardware, Grocery Outlet, and IGA.

Everything is locked up. There is a button provided for assistance. That only helps if someone actually comes to answer the request though. After 20 minutes of waiting I tapped out and left without getting anything I needed from there.

I was born and raised in Susanville and come visit my family every year at Thanksgiving time, my absolute favorite holiday for many reasons🙌🏼🦃🥰I was just in the Susanville Walmart today, and sad to say about there customer service is just awful, I was actually embarrassed for the company, asked 4 different people where to get a flash drive, first person said, I have to move this pallet and he was not friendly, I said do we need to ask someone else? Two other ladies that worked there said u need to go see the person up front of electronics, ok, so I go there and the big girl looks at me and just throws her arm up and pointed and not even to the correct place and said, over there somewhere😳🤦🏻‍♀️😡Susanville Walmart sucks!!! You need to train ur workers to be friendly and more helpful, because they r being paid to do a job, and not a shitty job!! Stop hiring lazy people, get people in there who want to work and help people!! I feel this Walmart don’t care because this poor little town of mine doesn’t have much here, so they know people have to shop there no matter what, not unless they travel out of town to go shopping! U should be ashamed of how u interact with ur customers😢😡

Tried to recede money through walmart to walmart done for years but last two time I couldn't receive it cause money from the senders
End was wrong it was only good for a refund after tried 2 time getting refunds and repressing it still did not work .it's it possible it's connected with my phone number We ended up using western union after hours of waiting and trying .I did receive cash from western union from same walmart. Guess its western union from here on out.
