Every time I have a problem with the pharmacy my complaint falls on deaf ears and my complaints keep occurring. After calling the pharmacy and waiting 10 plus minutes till someone picks up I ask for the pharmacist who tells me he will look into it but the problem keeps occurring. Use the App you say well it doesn’t address any type of complaint one might have. As a 70 year old with a bad back I walked in and spoke to the pharmacist face to face and he claimed he fixed my problem while I was standing there. Guess what… the problem was repeated tonight so I called and waited 10 plus minutes for the pharmacy to pick up and with no one picking up I hung up. Corporate you have my information so please reach out to me for the details of my complaint before I reach out to social media and all my senior friends. Thank you

Walgreens is a disgrace. Closing their pharmacies for full days due to “emergency”. This is happening more frequently. There is no EMERGENCY — they do not have enough pharmacists to serve their customers! So at the expense of patients who need their medications, Walgreens just closes a few pharmacies and moves their people around. Yesterday I stood on line for 40 minutes to pick up my 2 rxs and when I got home, they were not filled properly! I was missing the one medication I needed most for without it, I will end up in the ER if there is a gap in treatment. Of the 2 rxs I got, 1 was auto-refilled (despite many requests to stop auto refilling), and now I have more than I need. The second was a 30 day supply, but should have been filled as a 90 day supply. WALGREENS - there was a long line all day yesterday of very upset people! Some said this frequent shutting down of pharmacies for these fake emergencies is such an INCONVENIENCE to your customers. I say it is not just inconvenient— it is UNETHICAL! I will have all my Rxs transferred and will never shop at Walgreens again. And there is a long line of your customers who will do the same. Shame on you WALGREENS!

I received I 100$ gift card my friend bought it for me from Walgreens. And when I opened it to use it the balance were ZERO$. Called customer service at the back of the card it they stated that the card were used in Walgreens the same day of purchase while the card is sealed!!! . I told my friend and we called Walgreens to check what happened and they stated that we are not the only one who made a complaint about that and slot of people had the same issue and that we are the one who has to deal with the card company for that scam.
My friend debit card was charged by Walgreens if your contractor gave you scammed card you are the one who has to deal with them not us. For a big Franchise like you it’s a shame to be part of a fraud instead of standing up for your customer and you know that. Customer service did not help at all and still waiting gor the Headquarter to get involved

This store is a disgrace when you call into the automated system & wait 3 days for a refill. Got no reply about prescription being ready so I went into the store & was told there's a glitch in the system! Them I was told I had no refills left when my bottle said I had 1 left! Horrible service & no answers to problems!

The Walgreen's Pharmacy on 139 South Orange Ave has Numerous Violations. It's Filthy outside, lots of Trash, Overgrowth, signs that are broken & is poorly maintained!!!

It seems that the Walgreens in Edison NJ 08817, Does not open on time, six out of seven days a week. Customers are here waiting, when noone comes they leave.
