Back to one star. They only manage the weeds if someone complains. They are a lousy neighbor and don't care about our town. If they closed tomorrow you wouldn't notice because the parking lot would be overgrown as usual. I'm posting additional recent pictures. There is no excuse for this. If they don't want to maintain the landscaping then pave the whole thing.

I am revising the review I posted below and changing my rating from one to five stars. Two days after that review the weeds were all cleaned up and I feel that there should be some positive response to that. As a resident of Camp Verde, I am very eager to see businesses that are willing to invest in our town. I hope that Walgreen's continues to make a positive contribution to the beauty of this great place.

Got a message to pick up much needed antibiotics that they were ready for pick up. Went ther 10min later. The sign on door said they had to close early . Thanks for the communication. Big company like this. Just pathetic

Best Pharmacy around! Very happy with my experience, Jackie and Maren, the pharmacist are amazing at what they do! The technicians are very fast and efficient even when the store is busy. I went in when the power went out because of the weather, can’t control Mother Nature? The staff apologized for the inconvenience and even called me to let me know the system was back up! How awesome of them to do that, you go Walgreens!!

I am always very pleased with Walgreens, Camp Verde Az. Service is always outstanding. My compliments for a clerk named __Sharon__who goes that "extra mile" to accommodate customers, always has a great smile and greeting. Sharon is a valuable asset to Camp Verde Walgreens. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. (The medication was for my dog, so I am not a pill popper).] I will definitely take my pharmacy needs elsewhere, but the rest of the store was pleasant.

I have been getting the same meds here for a year now. I always use a GoodRX coupon and my meds are around $60. Today they would not honor the coupon and wanted to charge me $105. I called CVS and they said they will honor the GoodRX coupon so guess who will get my business?

Seems they are under staffed or possibly have the wrong staff to mulittask. I've found myself on many visits trying to be patient, unfortunately each visit keeps getting worse.
I have personally visited store and pharmacy, both have issues.
1. Store employees don't know where items are or if they have in stock, they give you a isle and say check.
2. Pharmacy is a clear disfunction in itself,
If they trained employees to communicate it wouldn't be so bad. Time to get rx is unacceptable. Hopefully walgreens reads this so they can make appropriate changes.

Never have prescriptions ready, ignore you, always have to wait even in the drive thru they ignore you. Doctor sent prescriptions over at 11:30 AM it is now 3:25 PM and we are still waiting for them while the staff is chit-chating away having a good time. Camp Verde location
