At 5:20am Music was so loud girl couldn’t hear me give order. Then when I get to work I see that for the 3rd time I did not get what I ordered. I paid for extra items which I never get very unsatisfied. This Waffle House owes me about 20 bucks so far. I usually would not say anything and just go with it, but this is just ridiculous

My complaint is about my carry out order at the Calera, AL. location today. If you are picking up an order, make sure you check it before you leave bc my man didn't & when he got it home ALL the hashbrowns were naked!! We were charged for what we ordered, but NOTHING was scattered, smothered or covered except my nerves!!

Just had coffee and had to go. Very nice waitresses and cook. Waffle House is about the American diner social crossroads atmosphere for me. Not gourmet food. I was happy.

Rock star staff Saturday night. Some woman came in being incredibly rude and everyone handled the issue with perfection! Poor waitress politely had to walk away b/c this woman was straight evil to her, and the kitchen staff stepped in and had her back while she took a moment to collect her thoughts! Amazing food! Amazing service!!!! Proud to support my local Waffle House!!
