The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes in the morning, they take their sweet time checking you out. Efficiency is courteous. Beyond that, their prices are 10% higher than any other grocery store in the area.

The store is not very big, but it is very stocked and clean, the prices are affordable on average, the staff is very friendly and they have a Starbucks store inside and wells Fargo bank

Huge Vons that is well stocked and staffed. Almost so big that it takes longer than expected to get what you need and leave

I go to this location on my way to work whenever I forget my lunch. Very well maintained staff is awesome. The people at the Starbucks are super nice. That's usually where I get my drinks from.

I stop by this location 3-5 times a week.
What kind of bakery is out of bread 3 days in a row? This store is ALWAYS out of something on my list. And my list is typically pretty small!!
A bakery with an empty shelf and 5 empty bread baskets.
The La Brea brand they offer is more than likely an ordering issue. The store brand is more than likely a preparation issue.
If I’m stopping by this location at 3:00 or earlier, should they be out of their store brand baguettes that early I’d think not.
If they have a large amount of customers stopping by on their way home from work, how many others are finding themselves disappointed by this poor inventory management
3 days in a row, a bakery without bread, and employee that says,.. “yeah,.. I don’t know what’s going on. This seems to happen a lot here!”

I love this Vons—it’s well-stocked, clean, and offers a variety of healthy options. The employees are friendly and always willing to help. I frequently use the self-checkout station and often run into Amanda, Pilar, and Cristina. They’re awesome—knowledgeable, attentive, and always helpful.

I have been shopping at vons since 2003.
I visit the store on McKinley three or four times a week. They have a taco kit that I buy on Tuesdays.
I went yesterday to pick up a taco kit that was three days outdated. I was told by the young man in the produce department that they were understaffed. And not able to make another one for me. While speaking to him the manager, she is a female. I didn’t get her name, but she’s very rude and always have been rude. I think she has a problem with people of color. She’s always been rude to me. I think customer should come first regardless if you understaffed or not, you take time for your customers.
