I try to avoid this shopping center as much as possible. It is always so busy with a limited number of parking spots.

This is a nice clean and safe place to shop. There were several different shops, people were friendly. I don't visit San Pablo often, but every time I have been there, I feel safe. The city is pretty well maintained, don't get me wrong, every city has a bad side, but the bad is definitely kept to a minimum!!

A&W Root beer has got that frosty mug taste, just don't try to refill the cup cause it is turned off after you fill your cup

Came to this place and stopped at UPS store for packaging tape. Was in & out in less than 5 minutes.

Good Thai food. Starbucks is on point. KFC IS YUCK N RESTROOMS ARE YUCKY. SUBWAY shut down twice. Y? Idk. Nice to swing thru if you can find a place to park. Very busy. Too small of a parking lot to have multiple businesses.

Pizza, fried chicken with an A&W, a UPS shop, a pretty tasty Thai place, oh and there's a starbucks, too. This is one of these little out-of-the-way spots that ends up having a lot more to offer than meets the eye! I love it!
