Visions works on TOTOWA is great. Made my appointment and took the intake online. Came in a few minutes early. The 2 ladies in the front register were super nice funny and graceful to help me choose my glasses as picking glasses is not an easy task lol. Once they helped me as I choose 2 pairs of glasses I took both my eye examinations the doctor and the other person who took test were super nice and made me feel welcomed . Afterwards I was told my total. I paid and I was told the ETA and just like that I was finished. Smooth transaction this is the 2nd year going . Will continue to go.

From start to finish the customer care at Vision Works is top-notch. The service manager is genuine, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my eye wear needs. The facility is well lit, sufficient seating and immaculately organized. There is a broad assortment of eye wear options. The doctor and medical assistant are both highly skilled, attentive and compassionate. I sincerely appreciate the experience at Vision works!

Visionworks Totowa: If I could give them zero stars, I would! Appointment time means nothing; we have waited more than 30 minutes. Also, the customer service is terrible. They are uninterested in their customers and have an unusually negative attitude. We went to get my husband's glasses today. When I attempted to inspect the frame and lenses, the lady instructed me to back away! Unacceptable tone and unacceptable attitude! Don't waste your time or money visiting here.

I gave 5 stars because .. Claudia called me the day before to confirm my appointment. She was extremely nice with a soft spoken voice. At the end of our conversation, she told me to be safe driving to my appointment and have a nice day. I thought that was so sweet of her. She really took pride in calling the customer, and her social skills were genuinely on point. You don't get much of that these days. Rad greeted me when I walked in he smiled and said good morning. Asked if i had an appointment and sent me back. When i was finished with the exam, i sat down with him to discuss pricing, and he gave me options to save me some money on my new glasses, which I thought was awesome. I didn't feel rushed by him at all. He had a good personality and a great sense of humor. Dr. Nancy Phung was just as nice. She was thorough with my eye exam. She took her time with me and explained things in a way I understood. She listened if I had concerns or questions. I felt like I was in good hands, so overall, I would recommend VisionWorks in Totowa, NJ.

Appt was on time, tests were explained well, Dr was efficient. My only issue is that you have to make appts online. I wanted to find out the date of my last exam, but neither the website or the AI text provided that info & when u call the local Visionworks you can’t speak with a person. They don’t answer the phone. They ordered new contacts for me, (incorrect address), so I called, spoke with AI, then with someone who reordered the contacts, & then had to visit the store as you can’t speak with them directly, very inconvenient. They reordered the contacts but, the same day I left the store I got a message that my contacts were in
