The property management team does not care about their employees with seniority nor their renters. They only care about themselves and how they look to potential buyers. They choose to have employees lose their jobs than to fix the problems that are obviously theirs. They have security guards that have not been seen for months and also crews that get drunk on the job yet they’re more worried about getting rid of those that actually benefit the plaza. There is so much wrong with this plaza and the new property management team. And fyi people, this is not the del amo mall. This is the village del amo that has outdated buildings, homeless problems everywhere and bad judgment when it comes to who they think is good stuff compared to who isn’t. Do not be fooled by the facade they give when they’re showing property or promoting.

Always my go to car wash because it's inexpensive and has good water pressure, good soaps,and the scrubbers, and cleaning tools are in good shape.
The vacuums work really well unlike other car washes where you need to keep adding money because the water pressure is low or the vacuums barely have enough suction to pick up dirt. Never had a problem here.

I entered twice, to use the restroom. The 1st time I took note of the delicious-looking BAKERY! The restroom was clean. The cashier, who had permitted & directed me there, was older & very pleasant. (They) knew I only intended to use the restroom. Vendors, workers, and patrons were all simpaticos.
The 2nd visit, same day, I bought red Global grapes and an Asian pear. Huge fruit! The grapes weren't overly sweet. I've yet to eat the pear.
I had lived in Korea Town (Los Angeles) for 13 years. This took me Home!

Now that Hannah Chain, a Korean supermarket, is opened, this strip mall is getting more traffic again. Hannah Chain has 2 vendors open for business. One is a Korean Fried Chicken and the other is a jjajjamein n champon noodle and a couple of fried pork n garlic fried chicken dish Chinese restaurant. There is also a Korean bakery, Paris Baguette there too. Hopefully, more Korean n Japanese food restaurants will open there soon.

Crowded during weekends. This mall is huge. Good selection of restaurants. I do not like the Burlington shop located here. The pizza place in the Court Food highly recommended. Very difficult parking all the time in the front area, but there is parking enough all over the other areas.

The mall (a block away) was big and nice. I was there for 2 hours and was unable to see the entire mall. There are stores inside and out. It's very spacious.

Small shopping center mainly offers nailing eyebrow speciality shops and Subway that is a popular place for the local area, lunch time and dinner crowds . Good sandwiches and fast. There's a tea shop that is run by Asian people who serve different teas and has inside tables popular with the gourmet tea crowds. Very unique experience
