The apartments are well maintained, as are the shared spaces. Neighbors are quiet enough and polite. The ladys at the leasing office are good at their job and dont waste time.
I'd live here again.

So far my interactions with The Village at Grants Mill have been very positive! Macie greets me with a smile and is very thorough in describing the apartment community. I’m downsizing from a 2 bedroom, 2 bath to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The apartment amenities seem to be very nice. I look forward to moving here at the end of March.

Great, safe and quiet location. It’s right off the highway but you hardly notice any noise (other than the fire station up the street). It’s reasonably priced for what you get. We hardly have any crime due to multiple police officers living here. Maintenance will respond pretty quickly too any issues. Highly recommend this location!

I’ll have been living at the Village at Grants Mill for 3 years in March and my experience so far, especially this being my first apartment by myself, has been great! The general manager Jackie, and the assistant general manager Macy, have been the main reason for my 5star Review! Always friendly, prompt, and professional! Earlier last year, I personally changed out my showerhead and messed up the paint on the wall in the bathroom pretty bad and should’ve been charged for repair, but wasn’t and I was very appreciative of that! Maintenance is great, no matter what the repair is, it always gets fixed and taken care of in a fed days at most, sometimes repair and that’s happened multiple times for me! I can say a lot more but all in all, I’ve genuinely enjoyed living in my complex and I’ll always know I made the right decision by choosing the Village at Grants Mill!

We have lived at The Village for 5 months and it has been an incredible experience so far! We recently had some maintenance work done in our apartment, and the maintenance men, Ryan and Mark, were so kind, efficient, and professional! Management is great to work with and very responsive. We love living here!

I’ve been at The Village for five quick years now. My favorite apartments out of all the ones I’ve been in before this one. Low key. Peaceful. Cordial. Management is top notch. Maintenance as well. When people don’t do what there supposed to do they deflect and try to flip the script and demonize management. I can honestly say I haven’t had any issues with them in my short five years here. If there’s any negative comments about the landlord here just keep in my there’s two sides to every story and people speak on the part that makes them look like the victim and demonizes the other without giving full context so take any negative reviews with a grain of salt. Pretty solid Apartments! Would highly recommend. Manager has always been nice and respectful to me.

I love living here. It is nice and quiet all of the time. When I need maintenance for anything, they were always there within 24 hours. Never had major problems with the apartment because they are well taken care of. The grounds are always clean and the grass is always cut. The maintenance staff and the people who work in the rental office are very nice and always very helpful. I've had packages delivered to my door and three days later when I arrived home, the packages were still there, very safe. I lived here for almost three years and the only reason that I moved is because I bought a house. I have no complaints.
