Victoria's Secret: The sales person was very helpful. This place has a good vibe. They have such beautiful stuff. The prices are a bit higher.

PINK : We ended up shopping at PINK. Amazing sale prices on underwear. The Sales Associates were amazing. Everyone was very helpful. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this store.

Apparently both are owned by the same company. Both are good. But PINK has become my favorite store.

Update 10-23-2023. 6:00pm. We stopped back at PINK. They had an amazing sale on underwear. 7 for 35.00. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Update 10-23-2023 6:30pm. We both shopped at Victoria's Secret and we loved it. I picked up a lovely fitted bra. Just gorgeous.

And the Angels are back. Woohoo!

The staff is amazing here. Absolutely the best.

I highly recommend Victoria's Secret in the Deptford Mall.

I will never visit this PINK location again, after spending nearly an hour shopping, everyone seemed bothered and of no help, asked the cashier if she could help me look for a size in pants, she made a smart comment “if its none on the rack we dont have it” i disregarded the comment and i then proceeded to use my coupon, gift card and VS credit card to check out, i was told i cant use two separate payments, i requested the managers assistance and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional she came up to the register and told me theres nothing she can do; i explained to her that i’ve always looked up my credit card and never had an issue before. She treated me like i was doing something shady or fraudulent and was very rude, provided no resolution and walked away. Im a gold card member and have spent year to date several thousand of dollars with VS and have never encountered such an awful experience, I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate against this racist rude nasty manager she NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I left the store calmly and ended up placing THE SAME EXACT ORDER ONLINE with my coupon, GIFT CARD AND LOOKED UP MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO ISSUES!!! . This woman belongs in a warehouse not working with people she lacks professionalism and problem resolution. Learn how to use your VS systems & , Quit your job if you don't like people, or different ethnicities. You will reap what you sow!!!

PINK : I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at PINK today. I was going to meet up with my friends at the store because I heard there was a sale and as soon as I walked in, the manager told me I couldn’t walk in and out of the store when I had literally just arrived. It felt unfair and judgmental, especially since I came to shop and was excited to check out the sale. I was so upset by her assumption and rude behavior that I left without buying anything. This experience was unsettling, and I won’t be returning unless there is a new manager!

They play games with their credit cards. I am not impressed with corporate customer service. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Always come here from time to time to buy their bras especially during semi annual as the quality and price is great. The workers are sweet and helpful, giving a shout out to Angel and Deana.

I was at PINK prior to shopping at VS that day and I was treated horribly by three workers because I wanted to return my PINK bras I had purchased minutes before I saw how VS had good bras. I normally don't shop at PINK and don't like the quality of their bras and the ones I had picked up were already so light and iffy but instead of them cooperating and refunding me my money, two workers made really awful jokes telling me I can't return my things and if anything I should exchange them which I found ridiculous because you don't force customers to keep products. To which I told them I found something better to which another employee told me that I should go to VS to exchange them which was against their rules and that if not I can just keep the bras... the three of them kept talking about competition between both stores heck one of them told me they had clothes I can exchange my goods for while VS doesn't but.. that's the point.. you don't shop at these places for clothes.. you shop for lingerie.

This is just a summary of the awful experience I had which I tried to brush off but I brought it up to Angel and Deana, which Angel knew me as I frequent the store throughout the year.

When Angel and Deana found out what happened they took care of the matter in their hands apologizing for the inconvenience and mistreatment I faced at PINK just because of the "competition" both stores have to which I still don't get why those three workers decided to put that on me. They exchanged my PINK bras out in store which they aren't allowed to do and they also took the time to assist me with any questions I had which was really sweet of them!! Was able to pick up a couple of things and leave happy.

Definitely recommend coming here, thanks for everything Angel and Deana! 💜

My daughter was fired from there today for someone else’s stupidity the kid only worked a few times she didn’t know how the scheduling worked she went in today and the cocky girl named angel put her on the spot made her feel stupid called someone else in to fire her so cocky and rude i will never shop in there now

Located downstairs in the Deptford Mall toward the Boscov end. Very nice lingerie for your wife and other comfortable women clothes.
