I love this store in Jacksonville but was disappointed by this location. It was disorganized, full of open spaces needing to be restocked. It has a sterile feel and the staff were off in a corner chatting. I needed to go find them and ask if they'd come to the cash register so I could make my purchases.

Employee named Brianna was extremely unprofessional. Scoffed in my face when I asked her a question about an item. I used to love this store but she was one of the worst employees I've ever come across. She was extremely rude and cursed a lot. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
Honestly the store is nice and has good quality pieces for a low price, but the unprofessional of the staff makes it unbearable to shop here.

The female associate bri is rude and aggressive. I have never felt so mistreated in my life! I bought a couple pants in size large and tried to return them because they didn’t fit she got an attitude with me about returning the items and sighed in my face and rolled her eyes. All around bad customer service. Don’t waste your time shopping at this store

I love it for variety, price point, and trends. A lot of the fabics feel like they're worth more than you'll pay. My daughter and I owned The Pink Heart Boutique in Baldwin Park so, I felt right in my element. The music was good. The salesgirl was sincerely upbeat and I had fun shopping with her. I wound up getting an amazing bag. It looks so much more expensive than the $39.00 I spent on it. The leather is very soft, beautifully lined and the designer is Versona! I will be going back often.

Really nice shop but they don't carry larger size cloths like an xxl or shoes larger than a 10. So I found nothing for me.
But cute fashions for all
