It’s approaching two weeks and my order has not arrived. They don’t answer the phones. I have not even been provided the tracking number. I went into a local Versace store in Florida to see if they can contact them and even that store manager has issues contacting rodeo drive store. Once we finally reached someone they promised that I’d get tracking information first thing this morning. I still don’t have tracking information! I want a refund 😡 terrible customer service.
