Sometimes, I have questions (is the news of the cancelation of message+ real; how do I set up w/Google messaging), or things I want to do on my phone's set up that I can't figure out on my own, or follow directions given. It requires a Verizon store visit for peace of mind. My sweet tech didn't have a name badge, but he helped me out, wanted to see me happy, & very importantly, was NOT condescending.
I only go maybe once a yr, but the Turnersville store is my go-to, & there's always a sigh of relief!

the worst customer service! How do you have someone sitting in the same spot for minutes, they advise their application was released, more people come in AFTER me and i had to repeat AGAIN that I was ready, just for someone to tell me I had to basically wait for someone to come back from their break because “they already know what’s going on”. That’s absurd. It is now 4:00, i’ve been here over an hour! The store is empty! Everyone is just standing around and it seems like anything difficult, they pass off to the next person. not to mention, I had to complete the same verification process 3 times! Dear verizon: I had OTHER things to do today!

I recently purchased an I Phone from the Verizon Store in Turnersville. JD, the associate that assisted me with the sale was extremely patient with me and very helpful setting up my new phone. I highly recommend using this store for purchasing any any sort of electronics you may need.

The very worst customer service! Rude ,passive aggressive and dismissive. Completely unwilling to listen to our concerns. I’m sure the employees are fed up because they have to constantly explain why their ads are so misleading. Wish I could give zero stars
