Andy is the best he literally js stayed open an extra 15 minutes letting me go through and try almost every vape they have to make sure I got the flavor I wanted!!!

Manager or person that works at the front counter is quite rude. Place looks nice but has a rude atmosphere from staff. They sell things that create smells and smoke but do not any sell any aromatics or air fresheners...make it make sense 🤔. Will never come back here. This shop LITERALLY sells things that produce smoke but there is a reply under me talking about tobacco addiction...again make it make sense.

I visited this store for the first time My husband and I were greeted by Van I told him the reasons I was there he was super knowledgeable and very friendly easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns to stop smoking and he made sure I left happy with what I bought I had gone back a week later to tell him it didn't work for me he was happy to find me something I will be happy with he doesn't know yet but I have not had a cigarette now for 15 days. Thank you Van for being there for me. You are awesome

Vape Loft in Calera, AL has a pretty decent variety of juices, as well as my favorite, Country Clouds’ Cornbread Pudding!
(Don’t be fooled by the name- it’s an amazing juice- excellent for people who don’t like fruity flavors or flavors with too much sweetness. Similar to a simple cookie or vanilla/marshmallow/white cake flavor without the overwhelming sweetness)

The customer service is pretty good! The employee that has been working each time I’ve visited(many many times!) seems to truly know what he is talking about, and has been quick to help. The store has always been clean, seemingly kept sanitized, and also has a decent variety of vapes, atomizers, coils, etc.
I recommend! 👍😉

Customer service ok, But they hardly ever have good sales. Guy said the only sale they have is a 60 mil for 19.99 and two 60 mils for 26.99.. that's definitely not a sale. Other competitor's have by one 60mil get the other free. They really need to do better on sale juice. I think that would be very helpful. Especially for those who's on a budget at this time. I won't be going back

I love this vape store!! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and beautifully done, and the selection is amazing! Best part you can actually try the flavors before you buy them so you don't waste your money on something that isn't what you expected.
Great job to the owner and all staff who work there!
